Anxiety often goes hand in hand with an inexplicable drop in energy. And it's always good to remember that life is too short.
Let's focus well to have a safe roof, have food, a vehicle that takes us and brings us to be able to travel at least twice a year and too much time with family and friends, the latter is the most important thing so that anxiety does not agitate us or exhaust our brain.
This takes us away from having extreme pessimistic or negative thoughts and being so in alert mode.
It is necessary to have deep and pleasant conversations with our dearest ones, either because God brings us together, or because our brains are tuned in. I firmly believe that the people with whom we share the most moments speak a lot about ourselves.
Nothing is a coincidence, there is a kind of resonance between those of us who share purposes, energy, or passion ❤️🔥. And just as I sometimes talk to you about my work, about my personal reflections, today I want to introduce you to a part of my morning routine, when I train with my group at the Gym and when I go for a walk and a run.
I admit that it has not been easy to maintain consistency, discipline between my work, meetings and the thousand tasks of the day, but I do my exercises in a fun way. I have my good mood moments while doing my stretching and weights exercises. They are the ones that make every morning worthwhile.
The best thing of all is that I do exercises with a group of people who have something special: they have joy, playfulness, desire, discipline, determination.

In the end, I confirm once again that we are attracted to people according to how they make us feel, and this is a maxim that applies to everything: gym, work, family and life itself. Surrounding ourselves with good energies changes the tone of our days and even the rhythm of how we lift weights.
I will always be the promoter of the "it's never too late". Whatever you want to do, learn, enjoy, you are always there: on time. Similarly, the way we treat others is proportional to our self-esteem.
And if I get an energy drop (anxiety blackout) so extreme that it seems that I have done intense exercises for hours as a strange exhaustion... What do I do? Well, I meditate, I do exercises so that I don't function all day with my mind on high volume and so that I don't live in alert mode.
Everything I do is, so that my brain does not collapse due to anxiety, with those small doses of good energy, surrounded by those people who remind me that motivation is also contagious, helps me to lower the noise and to decide calmly.
