We have to leave nice footprints...

Sometimes, on those days when you feel lost, when you are not clear about who you are or where you are going, that's when you need to choose yourself the most.

A few days ago I had the opportunity to speak at a conference at the University where I work, about applied communication in service companies. Remembering that we are communicating all the time and that even if we don't always have all the answers, even if we doubt ourselves, it's better to keep choosing ourselves, because even in your uncertainty, you are worth it.

It was a meeting with valuable people with whom I confirmed something that inspires me, service is, first of all, an act of humanity.

I take the satisfaction of sharing with talented people with their own dreams and purposes in their lives, people who understand that every day they have the possibility of leaving beautiful footprints, with their own light for themselves and for the lives of others in reaching their maximum potential.

At the end of the conference with this group, I invited them to reflect, to understand that the way to take care of ourselves is not selfishness, it is self-love and that passion is life, it is the form, it is the background and the motive. When a dream or a goal gets into our soul, the germ of making it a reality motivates us in an unexpected way. Believe me, without passion, there is no effort. In fact, a passionate person is an impossible soul to lock up.

That's why today I want to encourage you to fight bravely for what you have always wanted. Trust, work, persevere and believe. A dream does not become a reality by magic; it requires effort, discipline and determination even when there is chaos, pain or real or symbolic war we can always choose from where to look at life.

Life is beautiful, because in the end the most important thing is to dare to choose to live it, as it is: real, imperfect and deeply ours. Let's not see a problem as an obstacle that we can't get out of. Look at it the right way: as long as we have life we will always have opportunities, consequently, we must be prepared to see those opportunities.

It is essential to understand that passion is the force that inexorably drags us to fulfill our goals.

That choice changes everything, because it changes what we feel, what we teach, learn and definitely changes the story we tell.And what do you read to me that you are a dad or mom I ask you... To what extent do you protect your children from the world? ,... Y... At what point do you let them go out to build their vision in their own bubble, in their own world?.
