Mangoes, you guys are immature !...

I remember as a child in my maternal house the amount of mango trees that were in that immense courtyard where I played so many times and grew up eating and looking at the mango clusters on high, swaying in the wind, and celebrating being green and immature.

Every morning the meadow of my maternal house, and the immense mango-laden trees were dressed in green and lots of sunshine. It's like every morning, the day stretches, yawns, and Kronos begins to mark the moments in 24 hours, the green nature, and the always opportune sun tell the mangoes, they are still without falling... Good morning, how are you getting up? And they, happily reply we are fine, still green, here we are hanging from the branches, we are growing.

The mangoes are all laughing and swaying in the wind, until suddenly, a plop is heard!... With the strong wind one of them gets loose, falls and hits the earth. It hurts, he shakes himself and looks at a small wound on one side, he fell from very high, then, he breathes... And he says, I'm still alive....

I have matured, now I can be present in everyone's life, in different ways to be tasted, tasted.

Then..., Looks up, sees all the other mango friends, still green hanging proudly on their branches and with a sweet, and calm smile, whispers to them helped by the wind... you guys are immature!!!

Sometimes from so many falls that I've had, I think that now I am and I feel tasty and something sweet like ripe mangoes when they fall, hahahah I think true personal growth is to fall into the meadow to mature.😂

I will always bring reflections to this space in this community. As mature adults, it is up to us to take charge of solving our emotional problems.

Many times we have to think "outside the protection of the branches of the tree" and explore alternatives that lead us to do something in which we feel truly connected. I'm not saying it's easy to mature emotionally! The fundamental thing is that when we fall, we have the courage to get up from conscious decisions. That's happiness, for me, letting go of what's weighing us down, and not feeling guilty. To understand that we have a place in the world and our own script, in our film.

Almost always we live thinking about what is already gone and is not and that is totally negative, it is necessary after falling, getting up, moving forward, and deciding our change and going for it!

How many decisions do we make based on what others expect and not on what we really want? Our history influences and we keep repeating the same script without questioning it. Change starts when we stop living for others and start living for ourselves.

I keep looking for ways, I keep practicing swimming to be functional, and to be healthy, faith is an elixir that is obtained by working to have a lighter life.
