It's another Monday to share our sewing project with our community.
I had some old t-shirts that I wasn't wearing anymore, so I decided to transform it into a matching two-piece set for my daughter. To make sure the sizing was correct, I laid a pair of her trousers and one of her shirts directly onto the fabric to use as a guide. I traced around them to create my pattern.
For the long sleeves, I cut them freehand to fit the armholes.
To finish the T-shirt, I sew it by the sides and attached the sleeves,I also added a black knitted rib fabric to the neckline.
For the trouser, I sew by the sides and by the crotch, I also used a basic elastic waistband to make it comfortable for her to wear.
It came out really beautiful
