Saludos y bendiciones, mi gente linda de @needleworkmonday, deseo que tengan una semana abundante y llena de muchas alegrías. Por aquí las clases comenzaron en todo su esplendor y le he estado realizando unos lindos lazos a mis princesas; hace días les compartí algunos.
Hoy vengo a mostrarles este que le hice a mi princesa Arianna para usarlo en el liceo, ya que su camisa es azul, esta tela en tonos denin, creo que le va muy bien.
Para realizarlo es muy fácil. La tela se corta, dobla y cose, de largo y grosor de su preferencia. Esta tiene de ancho unos 4,5 cm ya cosido.

Eso sí, antes de coserlo, intenté bordar su nombre con hijo grueso de varios colores, aunque empecé por la parte de tonos azules y verdes y no resaltaba mucho. Además, cuando ya iba terminando, me fijé que no me alcanzaría el nombre completo.
Además, con este hilo era bastante difícil bordar y las letras no resaltaba por lo pequeño y los colores. Así que tuve que cortar esa parte y volverlo a hacer, esta vez solo hice la inicial de su nombre, la fui bordando con el punto atrás, le di dos vueltas y le coloqué unos apliques, para darle un poco de brillo.
En el otro extremo, le estuve realizando unos corazones también en color rosado, para que pudiera resaltar y verse más bonito. A pesar de estar iniciándome nuevamente en el bordado después de más de 20 años, que me enseñaron en la escuela. Se ven muy bien. Una vez bordado, crucé las puntas del lazo y pasé costura por el medio, le coloqué un centro de la misma tela y cosí una pinza francesa por la parte de atrás.

Como ven en las fotos, el lazo se ve muy lindo, así no tuviera decoración, como se puede notar en la parte de atrás del lazo. Además de que el bordado, al hacerlo antes de coser la tela, deja ver un acabado limpio y hermoso.
Este lazo se luce muy bien con este peinado que se hizo mi princesa para ir a clases, aunque por delante no se note este accesorio, igual se ve muy lindo y delicado. A mí me encantó y a mi princesa también.
La vez pasada les mostré unos que le hice a Ámbar, más pequeños, que también quedaron bellos.

Embroidered bow
Greetings and blessings, my lovely people at @needleworkmonday. I hope you have a wonderful week filled with joy. Classes are now in full swing here, and I've been making some pretty bows for my princesses. I shared some of them with you a few days ago.
Today I'm here to show you the one I made for my princess Arianna to wear to school. Since her shirt is blue, I think this denim-colored fabric suits her very well.
It's very easy to make. Cut the fabric, fold it, and sew it to the length and thickness of your choice. This one is about 4.5 cm wide when sewn.

Before sewing it, I tried to embroider her name with thick thread in various colors, although I started with blue and green tones and it didn't stand out much. Also, when I was finishing, I realized that I wouldn't have enough thread for the whole name.
Furthermore, it was quite difficult to embroider with this thread and the letters didn't stand out because they were so small and the colors were so subtle. So I had to cut that part off and redo it. This time, I only did the initial of her name, embroidering it with backstitches. I went over it twice and added some appliqués to give it a little sparkle.
On the other end, I embroidered some pink hearts so that it would stand out and look prettier. Even though I'm just getting back into embroidery after more than 20 years since I was taught at school, they look great. Once embroidered, I crossed the ends of the bow and sewed through the middle, added a centerpiece made of the same fabric, and sewed a French clip on the back.

As you can see in the photos, the bow looks very pretty, even without any decoration, as you can see on the back of the bow. In addition, embroidering before sewing the fabric gives a clean and beautiful finish.
This bow looks great with the hairstyle my princess did for school. Even though you can't see this accessory from the front, it still looks very cute and delicate. I loved it, and so did my princess.
