Saludos y bendiciones, mis queridos amigos de esta linda comunidad. Espero que estén pasando una muy bonita semana. Tenía días que no escribía algo en mi blog y, entre tantas cosas, quise compartirles cómo estuve realizando estas lindas diademas en tela elastizada.
Hace días estuvo de cumpleaños mi jefa y quise hacerle este pequeño detalle: unas diademas hechas con mucho cariño; además, tenía tiempo queriendo hacer estos accesorios para el cabello, pero no me había animado.
Así que, como muchas veces me gusta trabajar bajo presión, esta fue la oportunidad perfecta, porque el mismo día de su cumpleaños, que fue el domingo, la estuve realizando para llevársela el lunes al trabajo. Estuve viendo algunos tutoriales para orientarme con las medidas y la verdad que se hace muy fácil; no sé por qué tardé tanto en darme la oportunidad de realizarlas.
Le hice dos en dos tipos de tela diferente, pero ambas con elongación. La diadema roja la hice con las medidas de 50 centímetros de largo por 13 de ancho y luego la cosí como si fuera una scrunchie, pero sin elástico por dentro; eso fue todo y el resultado es demasiado genial.
Para hacer la diadema en color gris con tela gamuzada y con bastante elasticidad, estuve utilizando 50 cm de largo por 20 cm de ancho. Doble lo ancho y cosí los extremos; al voltear, le hice un pequeño corte en las puntas y después las junté, como se ve en las imágenes, para luego pasar costura y listo, queda ese efecto torcido, que le da un toque diferente a la diadema.
Como pueden ver con dos trozos de tela, cómo puedes tener dos estilos diferentes de diadema para lucir en tu cabello. Para ilustrar la publicación me tomé unas fotos con ellas y la verdad me encantaron. No soy de usar cintillos, porque me hacen doler la cabeza, pero estos se sienten suavecitos.
A mi hija Arianna cuando las vio, le gustaron mucho, sobre todo la roja, y ya quiere que también les haga. De hecho, ayer corté tela para hacer 3 para mis princesas y una para mí.
En cuanto a mi jefa, a quien le regalé estas diademas, le gustaron mucho. Me dijo que le había leído el pensamiento, que ella quería unas así. Me alegra que sí le haya gustado el regalo y que lo vaya a usar.
Alegrar el día con mis creaciones a las personas es algo que me satisface mucho y que hago con cariño.

Greetings and blessings, my dear friends in this lovely community. I hope you are having a wonderful week. It has been a while since I last wrote something on my blog, and among many other things, I wanted to share with you how I made these pretty headbands out of stretch fabric.
A few days ago, it was my boss's birthday, and I wanted to give her this little gift: some headbands made with lots of love. I had been wanting to make these hair accessories for a while, but I hadn't gotten around to it.
So, as I often like to work under pressure, this was the perfect opportunity, because on her birthday, which was on Sunday, I was making them to take to work on Monday. I watched some tutorials to guide me with the measurements and, to be honest, it's very easy to do; I don't know why it took me so long to give myself the opportunity to make them.
I made two in two different types of fabric, but both with elastic. I made the red headband 50 centimetres long by 13 centimetres wide and then sewed it like a scrunchie, but without elastic inside; that was all, and the result is really cool.
To make the grey headband with suede fabric and plenty of elasticity, I used 50 cm long by 20 cm wide. I folded the width and sewed the ends; when I turned it over, I made a small cut at the ends and then joined them together, as you can see in the pictures, and then sewed them together, and that's it, you get that twisted effect, which gives the headband a different touch.
As you can see, with two pieces of fabric, you can have two different styles of headband to wear in your hair. To illustrate the post, I took some photos with them and I really loved them. I don't usually wear headbands because they give me a headache, but these ones feel really soft.
When my daughter Arianna saw them, she really liked them, especially the red one, and now she wants me to make some for her too. In fact, yesterday I cut fabric to make three for my princesses and one for me.
As for my boss, who I gave these headbands to, she really liked them. She told me that I had read her mind, that she wanted some like these. I'm glad she liked the gift and that she's going to wear it.
Brightening people's days with my creations is something that gives me great satisfaction and that I do with love.
