It has been a long time since I saw the clouds gathering this thick over the city.
The clouds on the first day of the week in November are building a large barrier over town. They hide the sunlight from reaching the ground early this morning.
I knew that something was wrong when I checked the clock and saw 7:30 and the sky was still dark.
It was a calm start of the day before the wind started blowing and massive carpet of water fell over the city.
I run to close the window on the living room and kitchen. I was not too far from the rooftop door.
There was nothing to loose to capture some photos before the rain falls on the city.
I was lucky to capture a few shots of the sky before the rain comes down hard on the city.
The rain has not stopped after one hour. It is not the proper time to be stopped by the rain. There were so many businesses operating at unusually slow speed that I preferred not to risk resuming my activities over the phone.
It is the first rain of November. I have no memory of such event just after the special day on the first of November.
I recalled many clouds gathering over the city and small incidence of rains in diverse parts of the southern region on the first day of November last year.
I will find a way to complete my tasks once I return to my office. It will be a long afternoon of work, expecting more rain water affecting the activities for the rest of the day.
