I must have some kind of memory or salvation problem, because honestly I don't remember many things from my past. Among them is the long-awaited moment of blowing out the candles on the cake and everyone shouting (at least in my country): MAKE A WISH! Maybe they were basic things like “I want so-and-so to write to me” or “I want to have a beauty queen's body” 🤣, which is probably why I blocked them from my mind and now focus on other things. Today is my birthday, the day when the universe aligned and God prepared it to celebrate this moment that is mine alone until my last breath.

I don't know if this happens to everyone, but those of us who celebrate our birthdays in November have a different vibe when it comes to celebrating. I associate it with the fact that it's a month of preparation, a prelude to Christmas, and therefore, the festive atmosphere can be felt everywhere. I think we have adrenaline pumping through our veins, and therefore, I don't know anyone who enjoys their birthday as much as those of us who celebrate in November. Furthermore, I don't have specific or scientific statistics, but being born on a day like today means that I am the product of love on February 14 😍 or “they ate the cake before it was baked” 🤣. The truth is that I celebrate with love and gratitude.

As I said before, I don't remember waiting for this special day to wish or long for something; I believe that for a long time now, I have not only wished for but also acted on everything my heart desires, and that makes me happy. I can't say exactly when I started, but one of my premises is: BE HAPPY. To achieve this, I have a goal, and that is to live in gratitude. When I wake up, the first thing that comes to my mind is that word: THANK YOU! And I repeat it many times, because I am aware that many people do not get to see the sunrise, so for that reason alone, I am grateful for the opportunity to live that I have been given.

Similarly, I give thanks for everything: for my home and all its components, including water, electricity, the roof, the walls, the floor, the mattress where I rest, the air that cools my space, the kitchen that allows me to prepare my food, the washing machine that makes my life easier... In short, I am grateful for everything. Then, I move on to health; I declare my body, mind, and spirit healthy. God made me perfect, so ailments, illnesses, and disorders do not belong to him and, therefore, should not be in my body. And if there is something that bothers me, he is the only one who has the power to help me cope with it. In that vein, since I am not alone in this world, I am grateful for my mother and father, as well as my grandparents, who, thanks to their union, allowed me to be born. Likewise, I forgive their faults and break chains that I do not want to be passed on to me. Furthermore, I am grateful for my siblings, my brothers and sisters in life, my nephews and nieces, uncles and aunts, neighbors, coworkers, participants in my training sessions, and even my enemies, whom I consider myself not to have, but “YOU NEVER KNOW!” May God give them peace in their hearts so that their eyes may rest on something else and not on me.

I am also grateful for my job, my profession, my studies, and the gift of teaching and speaking that God has given me. And although it may sound crazy, I am also grateful for #Hive, its ecosystem, the coins we earn, and its whales, because thanks to them, we have some extra income that I would not be able to earn anywhere else. I am even grateful for what my heart and mind longed for and did not come to pass, because only what is meant for me is what truly comes to me. This should not be confused with conformism, but rather that I can use other strategies to move forward, and that helps me test my creativity and alternative thinking. And if it is meant for me, it will be welcome.

Finally, my J.J. I cannot fail to express the gratitude I feel in my heart, because thanks to him, I have a beautiful love, a love that I have created and built that gives me calm and peace. It goes beyond the carnal or physical, as we connect spiritually and respect each other for who we are. I have a wonderful man whom I admire, and that keeps me in love 😍.

¡En gratitud infinita siempre!

Today is my special day, and I understand it as such. That's why I celebrate my life, my triumphs, my decisions, and my actions. Today, I live the life I want, the one that makes me happy, the one that brings me peace. Today, I am grateful for the beauty of life, for what adds to it, for what does me good. Living in gratitude allows me to feel loved by those around me and to reciprocate their love. In infinite gratitude, always! Happy 39th birthday to me! And here's to another “trip around the sun” full of successes, achievements, and many tears of joy 😊. I am grateful to you and the community that allows me to grow 🌱🌻.
