Eres parte de la solución o eres parte del problema. Hace unos días me topé con estas frases en un TicTok de Carlos Fraga, me llama la atención que cuando vi ese pequeño espacio con estas preguntas me puso a pensar y a ver que tan parte soy de uno y de lo otro.
Ahora me encuentro con esta iniciativa de la mano de @damarysvibra, donde confirmo cada vez que el universo es un campo de infinitas posibilidades donde la coloca en frente a mi.
De verdad que en un momento de mi vida o quizás la mayoría de los momentos de la vida caminamos en automático haciendo lo que en esos espacios era necesario para resolver pero nunca sin vernos desde este punto de vista como #resolutivo ante las situaciones que se nos presentaban.

Siempre se presentan situaciones donde se debe actuar, no de como salga sino siempre buscando lo mejor de los resultados.
Presentada una situación mirarla, estudiarla, que tanto me involucro, si me atañe directamente o solo es parte para colaborar con otros que estén a mi alrededor son los primeros pasos que doy, pensándolo bien siempre ha sido así pero de forma empírica.
Llevar ese proceso de forma organizada es necesario para detallar los pasos que deben ser considerados para resolver algo.
En caso que no salga como queremos , devolvernos a mirar que pasó y donde estuvo ese detalle que quizás falló...
Ahora es como planteo anteriormente por tantos procesos de información y conocimiento nos lleva a ser mas cuidadosos para actuar y ser resolutivo con más técnicas, así es como me sucede ya no actuar por impulso siguiendo los pasos sino detallarlos ; si es posible hasta escribirlos para mirarlos mejor.
¿Qué nos recomendarías para mejorar esta capacidad?
Cuando de recomendaciones se trata, cada uno o cada quien define sus propias estrategias de como llevar a cabo el proceso de ser resolutivo, porque cada quien es único e irrepetible adaptándose a sus espacios de igual forma entre las recomendaciones lo primero es reconocer la situaciòn.
Reconocer la situación, mirar lo que sucede y manejarlo como una situaciòn que se debe resolver.
Reconocer a los involucrados y a donde puede llegar la situación si afecta, cuanto puede afectar, a quienes afecta. Cuantos de los involucrados pueden colaborar para resolver y quienes no. (Aquí se puede aplicar esto de eres parte del problema o eres el problema)
Recursos con los que se cuenta...mirar con que se cuenta si solo es accionar a entrevistarse con otros o se requiere de dinero para movilizarse o invertir en algo que sea necesario para resolver.
El tiempo es importante, qué tiempo se dispone, manejar fechas, organizar acciones diarias y si la situación lo permite hasta dos para avanzar... tener el tiempo cronometrado considero que es importante porque hay fechas límites para resolver situaciones y si son de salud no se puede esperar mucho.
Si nos encontramos solos aliarnos con otros, contactos, hacer llamadas para lograr encontrar esas personas que pueden ayudarnos en algunas cosas y que no se hagan tan engorrosas.

Estas recomendaciones son validas porque es como se plantea donde la experiencia es importante , la administración, organización son parte de este proceso que paso a paso lo vamos construyendo de forma sistemática para que no se quede en aquellos momentos que actuamos porque algo nos lleva a hacerlo o como se dice, hay que hacer algo al respecto.

In case it does not come out as we want, to return to look at what happened and where that detail perhaps failed...
Now, as I said before, so many information and knowledge processes lead us to be more careful to act and be more technical, that is how it happens to me not to act by impulse following the steps but to detail them; if it is possible even to write them to look at them better.

When it comes to recommendations, each or everyone defines their strategies on how to carry out the process of being resolute, because everyone is unique and unrepeatable adapting to their spaces in the same way among the recommendations the first thing is to recognize the situation.
Recognize the situation, look at what is happening, and handle it as a situation to be resolved.
Recognize who is involved and how far the situation can go if it affects, how much it can affect, and who it affects. How many of those involved can collaborate to solve and who can't? (Here you can apply this if you are part of the problem or you are the problem).
Resources available...look at what is available if it is only to act to meet with others or if money is required to mobilize or invest in something that is necessary to solve the problem.
