Greetings to all Splinterlands players and hive gaming community! This is my report for Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. We are a guild that plays for fun, competitions and rewards. We play in the weekly guild brawls where we fight with other guilds for the fun challenge and rewards. This is our battle report for the week.
Overall Guild Rank: Fifth Place
We consistently kept our fifth place ranking. We had 59 wins while fourth place OGMC guild had 61 wins. Sixth place rank Unwanted also had 59 wins same as us but they had more losses with 67 versus our 46. The number of losses let us rank higher but we still won the same number of crowns.
Top Brawl Participants
I had a bad brawl to be honest. I lost four games and only won three tying me to 10th to 12th place in our guilds brawl participants.
Selected Games
Here I present two of the games that I won.
Game 1
The first game was an Earth versus Earth. The modifier was Rise of Commons and the mana was forty seven. My opponent and I almost had similar team composition except for one unit. I had a unit with higher health, Time Bandit while my opponent had the Vengeful Monk. I also had a level three Katrelba Gobson versus my opponent who only had a level two. I had a scare because my opponent targeted my Katrelba and made the first kill. My tank and frontline cards made the difference that killed the enemy.

Game 2
In game 2 the modifier only allowed six mana or less cards. My gladiator card was a tank with twelve life. It was only a common while my opponent had a legendary gladiator. My team had high health versus my opponent and this gave me an edge in the game even though his attack was higher.

Spending the Rewards
I bought two packs again and got a gold foil rare. I didn't get an epic or legendary this week but maybe I'll get lucky next week. The gold foil was not bad consolation price to make up for the lack of legendary.
Conclusion
We earned 3,278 merits and 26 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.

If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts. Since joining a guild, I'm adding my cards by buying from the shop and the market. This makes the game more fun and add progression. If you're not a guild member yet, now is the time to find one.
As a guild member do your part by having the right cards and showing up in the fray you have joined in brawls.
