Greetings to all Splinterlands players and hive gaming community! This is my report for Pizza A Slice of Madness brawl. We are a guild that plays for fun, competitions and rewards. We play in the weekly guild brawls where we fight with other guilds for the fun challenge and rewards. This is our battle report for the week.
Overall Guild Rank: Second Place
I'm happy with our ranking in this week's brawl. We are back in the top guilds in second place. First place Gold Cards league held a commanding lead with 124 wins while we had 107. But we had a seven win lead over third place guild Mega Therion. I'm proud to be part of a competitive Pizza Guild.
Top Brawl Participants
There were a lot in our guild who had a 7 win 2 loss record. I shared 4th to 7th rank in our guild's top brawl players. It goes to show how competitive our players are.
Selected Games
Here I present two of the games that I won.
Game 1
The first game was a low mana affair. Luckily I have a two mana gladiator card, Alfredo. So I had three cards against my opponent who only had two. His gladiator card was a six mana melee unit. My opponent and I both had the Water element and we both had Mystic Scaleweaver in our teams. The advantage in numbers helped my team win this game.

Game 2
The second game is another low mana game. It had Reverse speed and Junior Varsity modifiers. I thought this game was perfect for my Death team. My tank was six mana gladiator Kotriphus Bayne. He's got twelve life and three attack. Behind him was six mana Little Sister. My opponent also had two cards but his first card was not a tank. Katrelba Gobson is good for offense but poor at being a tank due to her low life. This was the only advantage I needed to win the game.

Spending the Rewards
I have enough merits to buy three packs. I got two epic cards and one of them is a gold foil. Finally lady luck smiled on me.
So two new epic cards joined my team. It's very satisfying to get these from joining brawls.
Conclusion
We earned 4,611 merits and 33 SPS from the brawl. The reward is generous that we get just from joining and playing brawls. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn rewards.

If you are a player with few cards in your deck. Join a guild that can assist you to grow in Splinterlands. You can join brawls to earn SPS, enjoy reward multipliers and shop discounts. Since joining a guild, I'm adding my cards by buying from the shop and the market. This makes the game more fun and add progression. If you're not a guild member yet, now is the time to find one.
As a guild member do your part by having the right cards and showing up in the fray you have joined in brawls.
