Terraceous Hulk is a green monster like his Marvel namesake. He is legendary tank. He was a reward card but unfortunately, is no longer available from the current pool of reward cards. His card design beautiful radiating his strength and durability. Instead of Hulk from Marvel, he looks like The Swamp Thing from DC Comics.
My card is only at level one and has the following statistics and abilities.
Melee Damage | 4 |
Speed | 1 |
Armor | 6 |
Health | 9 |
He has two abilities that is great for a tank.
Taunt - Draws attacks from enemy units.
Void Armor - Magic damage hits armor before health.
In his role as a tank, his defense is most important. He has six armor and health that serve him in this role. His Void armor will help him defend against magic attacks and Taunt will draw enemy fire from his team.
Synergy Tips
Terraceous Hulk can work well in combination with other cards.
Goblin Psychic - The Goblin Psychic can cast healing on Terraceous Hulk whilst doing damage with magic. It's a perfect combo of tank and magic healer.
Scavo Hireling - The Scavo Hireling can repair the Terraceous Hulk armor further increasing his defensive ability. You would need a unit with weapons training like Ava the Undaunted to give the Scavo Hireling an attack.
Ava the Undaunted - Or any unit that can do a lot of damage. Terraceous Hulk will defend against enemy attacks while the units behind him do damage and kill the enemy. You will need to quickly dispose of the enemy before they kill your Terraceous Hulk.
When to Use the Terraceous Hulk
It is best to use Terraceous Hulk in high mana battles since it has a mana of eleven. He would also be a good monster to use in Reverse Speed ruleset where he can be the fastest unit with a speed of one. I have here some battles with Terraceous Hulk to show his effectivity in battle.

In the battle, the mana is 49 and only odd number monsters can be used. My team is composed of:
Terraceous Hulk this post is all about him.
Venari Marksrat included in the team to give stats to Terraceous Hulk when it dies.
Regal Peryton a fast magic unit. It doesn't do that much damage but I had little choice in this battle.
Blackmoor Wildelf a magic unit that has 2 magic attack.
Gobson Bomber will do 2 ranged attack from the rear.
Mycelic Slipspawn can do 2 magic damage from the back.
Round 1 - The enemy killed the rat making my Terraceous Hulk stronger.
Round 2 - My team killed his Mycelic Slipspawn but two of my units died including Terraceous Hulk. It's now my three units vs five. It's not looking good.
Round 3 - The teams continue to battle but no units were killed.
Round 4 - The battle suddenly turned around. My team killed three of his units and now its three of my units vs two.
Round 5 - Another of the enemy unit fell in battle and the remaining unit is ranged and can't attack from first position so the battle is over.

In this battle, no magic units are allowed. I have the following in my team:
Halaran Huntress is a melee card that can attack from any position.
Thane Newsong is a no attack card that gives buffs to melee units like Terraceous Hulk and Halaran Huntress.
Clockwork Aide is a no attack card that gives speed buffs to all units.
Ava the Undaunted gives Thane Newsong and Clockwork Aide three ranged damage with her Weapons Training ability.
Round 1 - Both tanks got killed.
Round 2 - Enemy second tank and another unit got killed. I'm ahead with four units vs two.
Round 3 - The teams continue to battle but no units were killed.
Round 4 - Another enemy unit lost. It's four vs one.
Round 5 - Final enemy unit killed, battle is won.
Terraceous Hulk can no longer be gained as a reward card. Players can buy him from the market if they want. The cheapest regular foil is selling for $10 in the market.
