Hello everyone! Today I'm back with Splinterlands content. Quite a few interesting things have happened these days, which I will be telling you about throughout this post.
¡Hola a todos! Hoy vuelvo con el contenido de Splinterlands. Estos dias han pasado bastantes cosas interesantes, que les estaré contando a lo largo de esta publicación.
In the previous post, I had commented that I was looking for a new alliance where I could compete for better rewards. I am now fighting in tier 4 of Brawl, so the fights were going to be even more difficult.
They really were, in my first brawl I was only able to win a total of three battles (one by forfeit) out of nine battles. I felt a bit out of level and that I had a deck that wasn't fit to compete yet in this Tier, but I made the decision to keep trying, maybe by concentrating a bit more, I was going to be able to get better results.
En el anterior post, habia comentado sobre que habia buscado una nueva alianza dónde pudiera competir por mejores recompensas. Ahora estoy peleando en el tier 4 del Brawl, por lo que las peleas iban a ser aun más dificiles.
Realmente lo fueron, en mi primer brawl solo he podido ganar un total de tres batallas (una por abandono) de las nueve batallas. Me senti un poco fuera de nivel y que tenia un mazo que no era apto para competir todavia en este Tier, pero tome la decisión de seguir intentando, quizá concentrandome un poco más, iba a poder obtener mejores resultados.
Today I played some of the Brawl battles today, where I did a little better, I only played 3 battles, winning two and losing only one. Now I just have to wait for the result of the other battles.
Hoy jugué algunas de las batallas del Brawl del dia de hoy, dónde me ha ido un poco mejor, sólo he jugado 3 batallas, ganando dos y perdiendo solo una. Ahora solo falta esperar por el resultado de las otras batallas.
Lately, my performance in Brawls, tournaments and Modern Ranked mode has worsened considerably; I was losing more than usual. So, I decided it was the right time to optimize my entire collection, thinking about the new season coming up.
I rented level 8 fire, earth, life and death summoners, so that I could use any of the cards of those elements at their maximum level. In total I have spent about 5000-6000 DECs on rentals, although I plan to spend more when they are at a cheaper price to rent (start of season).
Últimamente, mi desempeño en los Brawls, torneos y en el modo Modern Ranked ha empeorado considerablemente; estaba perdiendo más de lo habitual. Por eso, decidí que era el momento adecuado para optimizar toda mi colección, pensando en la nueva temporada que se aproxima.
Alquile summoners de fuego, tierra, vida y muerte de nivel 8, para poder utilizar cualquiera de las cartas de esos elementos en su máximo nivel. En total me he gastado unos 5000-6000 DECs en rentas, aunque pienso gastar más cuando esten a un precio más barato para alquilar (inicio de temporada).
This new deck has improved my performance towards the end of the season, however, I don't think I'll be able to reach Gold I.
Another thing I realized, is that I had a lot of common and rare Rebellion Set cards, but I didn't have epic and legendary cards, which work very well despite being at a low level.
So with the 15,000 GLINT I had gathered, I decided to open two epic cards in search of some luck.
Este nuevo mazo ha mejorado mi rendimiento de cara a final de temporada, de todas formas, no creo poder llegar a Oro I.
Otra de las cosas que me di cuenta, es que tenia muchas cartas del Set Rebellion comunes y raras, pero no tenia cartas épicas y legendarias, que funcionan muy bien a pesar de estar en un nivel bajo.
Asi que con los 15.000 GLINT que tenia juntados, decidi abrir dos cartas épicas en busca de un poco de suerte.
I got a card that has made my life difficult in several battles: Olivia of the brook. Best of all, I was able to get her version of GF.
Me tocó una carta que me ha hecho la vida complicada en varias batallas como es: Olivia of the brook. Lo mejor de todo, es que pude obtener su version de GF.
Last Wednesday I played a tournament organized by the streamer Clove. It had some very tempting rewards, plus it asked for KYC to play, so there would be much less players and more chances to win a prize.
El miercoles pasado he jugado un torneo organizado por la streamer Clove. Tenia unas recompensas bastantes tentadoras, además de que pedia KYC para jugar, por lo que habria muchos menos jugadores y más posibilidades de llevarme un premio.
I was a bit lucky, because out of the 35 registered users, only 18 of them checked in, so I was able to pass to the next stage without having to fight. Not everyone had the same luck.
I got to the third phase, where I had to face someone with a rating of more than 3500, plus I had a pretty interesting deck. Anyway, I planted a good team to try to put up a fight.
Tuve un poco de suerte, porque de los 35 usuarios anotados, tan sólo hicieron el check-in 18, por lo que pude pasar de fase sin practicamente tener que pelear. No todos tuvieron la misma suerte.
Llegue a la tercera fase, dónde me toco enfrentarme con alguien con un rating de más de 3500, además de que tenia un deck bastante interesante. De todas formas, planté un buen equipo para intentar dar batalla.
The result was expected, he beat me with a good strategy, adding to the fact that he had a very good deck.
Anyway, I was able to take a very tempting prize for the participation: 750 DEC.
El resultado era esperable, me ganó con una buena estrategia, sumandole a que tenia un muy buen mazo.
De todas formas, me pude llevar un premio bastante tentador por la participacion: 750 DEC.
