Hello everyone! Today I'm back with the weekly Splinterlands content. As many of you know, the season ended about five days ago. I was pretty anxious to be able to claim my rewards because I've been playing a lot and had managed to climb quite a bit in the rankings.
If you have been following my previous posts, you will have noticed I managed in just three weeks of play to reach Gold 1, even getting to within two games of moving up to diamond.
In my second season I was classified in the Bronze league, so I could get the 41st position in that league and take a juicy reward of glints.
¡Hola a todos! Hoy vuelvo con el contenido semanal de Splinterlands. Como muchos sabran, la temporada ha terminado hace aproximadamente cinco dias. Estaba bastante ansioso de poder reclamar mis recompensas porque estuve jugando un montón y había logrado escalar bastante en los rankings.
Si han estado siguiendo mis anteriores publicaciones, se habran dado cuenta logré en tan solo tres semanas de juego llegar a Oro 1, incluso hasta llegar a estar a solo dos partidas de subir a diamante
En mi segunda temporada quede clasificado en la liga de Bronce, por lo que pude obtener la posición número 41 en esa liga y llevarme una jugosa recompensa de glints.

After claiming the GLINT rewards, I found that I had a balance of 100,000 GLINT. At first I couldn't decide what to spend it all on, so I kept investing in different types of rewards.
I had seen that I had a few MERITS, so I wanted to take the opportunity to use up all the MERITS available in the store to buy a Gladius Case. I was quite lucky, this was the result:
Luego de reclamar las recompensas de GLINT, me encontre con que tenia un balance de 100.000 GLINT. Al principio no me decidia en que gastarlo todo, asi que fui invirtiendo en diferentes tipos de recompensas.
Había visto que tenía unos cuantos MERITS, así que decidí aprovecharlos y gastar todo en la tienda para comprar un Gladius Case. Tuve bastante suerte, y este fue el resultado:
In the past, I had opened more than five Gladius Case, but I had never been so lucky to get an epic card. Best of all are its abilities: I tend to use the attack from second position a lot, and the fact that it gets better after killing enemies will be very useful for my deck.
After the opening of the Gladius Case, I bought a couple of alchemy potions to buy ten rare cards in the seasonal store.
En el pasado, había abierto más de cinco Gladius Case, pero nunca había tenido tanta suerte para obtener una carta épica. Lo mejor de todo son sus habilidades: suelo utilizar mucho el ataque desde la segunda posición, y el hecho de que mejore tras la muerte de enemigos será muy útil para mi mazo.
Tras la apertura de la Gladius Case, compré un par de pociones de alquimia para comprar diez cartas raras en la tienda de la temporada.
Unfortunately I didn't get any GFs, but I guess they'll come in handy when I get around to upgrading the cards in my deck.
Now I wanted to try my luck with Common Cards, so I opened 100 packs of common cards without spending alchemy potions.
Lamentablemente no he obtenido ninguna GF, pero supongo que me vendran bien cuando me ponga a mejorar las cartas de mi deck.
Ahora queria probar suerte con Common Cards, asi que abri 100 paquetes de cartas comunes sin gastar pociones de alquimia.
I had some luck, so I managed to get three Gold Foil's to my collection without the need to consume alchemy potions.
To finish, I ended up buying 50 Minor Chests in search of an epic, merits and energy.
Tuve algo de suerte, por lo que logré obtener tres Gold Foil´s a mi colección sin la necesidad de consumir pociones de alquimia.
Para finalizar, termine comprando 50 Cofres Minor en busqueda de una épica, merits y energia.
For the low price of the chests, getting a rare Gold Foil is not bad at all. In addition, I accumulated 2026 merits, 5 legendary potions and 7 alchemy potions.
I still had a considerable amount of GLINT left, so I ended up spending it on many more rare cards, but I didn't get anything interesting.
I had been left wanting to open some packs, so I bought 4 chaos packs to try my luck.
Para el precio tan bajo de los cofres, conseguir una Gold Foil rara no está nada mal. Además, acumulé 2026 merits, 5 pociones legendarias y 7 de alquimia.
Todavía me quedaba una cantidad considerable de GLINT, así que terminé gastándolo en muchas más cartas raras, pero no obtuve nada interesante.
Me habia quedado con ganas de abrir algunos paquetes, asi que compré 4 chaos packs para probar suerte.
The best pack was the last one, in which I got one of the worst epic cards of the collection. I think it was not worth it, because the value obtained in cards, hopefully reaches half of what was invested between packs and potions. So maybe it would have been more convenient to buy cards directly to improve my dec.
El mejor paquete fue el último, en el que obtuve una de las peores cartas épicas de la colección. Creo que no valio la pena, debido a que el valor obtenido en cartas, con suerte llega a la mitad de lo invertido entre packs y pociones. Por lo que quizá hubiera sido mas conveniente comprar directamente cartas para mejorar mi dec.
As I mentioned recently, this season I have invested in DEC in order to expand my deck through card rental. My goal this week is to at least get back to Gold 1.
Como he comentado recientemente, en esta temporada he invertido en DEC para poder ampliar mi mazo a traves de la renta de cartas. Mi objetivo esta semana es, al menos, volver a Oro 1.
