Splinterlands is currently one of the most popular names in the blockchain gaming world. For those who love playing card games, it is not just a game, but a strategic battlefield. I participated in some important tournaments of this game a few days ago. Today, I will share with you some moments from those tournaments and my experience. Along with this, I am also adding some screenshots taken from within the game so that you can understand the whole thing very easily.

As soon as we open the game, we see a nice interface. If you look at the first image, you will see that there are many options to play here. Such as Ranked, Challenge, Practice, Campaign, Guild Brawls and Tournaments. Each mode has its own fun, but my main attraction was the tournament section. Because this is where you can test your skills with real players, and if you do well, you have a chance to win great prizes. If you look above, you will see that I have some Dark Energy Crystals (DEC) and SPS tokens deposited in my account, which are used for in-game purchases or fees.

When I entered the tournament section, a huge list like the second image appeared in front of me. Splinterlands regularly organises tournaments worth several thousand dollars. As you can see in the screenshot, so far they have given out more than $7.6 million in prizes, and there are more big events coming up. Each tournament has a different entry fee and prize amount. For example, some require 50 DEC to enter, while others are completely free. I chose two special tournaments according to the strength and skill of my cards.

My first choice was the 'Gauntlet Wild Novice Invitational'. It is mainly for newbies or those who play with novice-level cards. In the third picture, you can see my current position. I was ranked 10th with my gaming name 'MIRZAIQI'. Up until that point, I had fought two battles, one of which I won and one of which I lost. Round 1 was still going on, and out of a total of 11 bachelor battles, es I had only finished two. Although a 1-1 record is not that great, it was still a great feeling to be in the top 10. The top 36 players will get a chance to advance to the next round, so my goal was to win a few more matches to solidify my position.

See the sixth image to understand the rules of this tournament more clearly. Here it is marked as a 'Wild Event', which means that all types of card sets can be used here. The entry fee was only 50 DEC, and more than 3000 SPS had to be staked to play. The prize list is quite interesting. Those who will be in the 1st to 4th positions will get 253.1 SPS. In addition, there were some token prizes allocated for everyone who could stay up to the 128th position. These types of tournaments basically have card-level caps, so that no one can beat others with overly powerful cards.

The second big tournament I participated in was the 'Ferexian Modern Silver Invitational'. The fourth image shows the results of this tournament. It was a bit more challenging than the Novice level because it was a Silver level tournament. My performance was average. I won 4 matches, lost 6 and drew one match. I had 13 points, and my current rank was 86. Even though the top players on the leaderboard were either 11-0 or 11-1, being ranked 86 was still a great experience for me. Round 2 was still going on, and the competition between the remaining players was quite exciting.

The fifth image shows the details of this Silver tournament. It was a 'Modern Event', meaning only cards from the new sets could be used. The entry fee was 200 DEC, and the prize pool was much higher than the Novice tournament. The first four winners were awarded 637.9 SPS tokens. Even those who are ranked up to 128 will get 53.2 SPS. Since I was ranked 86, I was also hoping to be on the prize list. Participating in such a big event shows how advanced the opponent's strategy can be.
Overall, participating in these tournaments in the Splinterlands game was a very exciting experience for me. Each fight taught me something new. Sometimes I enjoyed winning, and sometimes I learned from defeat howto organisee a better team in the future. For those who are interested in crypto or blockchain games, these tournaments in Splinterlands can be the best place to prove their skills. In the future, I want to collect better cards, improve my strategy and compete in such big events again. I hope you like my gaming journey.
