Reaching a decent level with legendaries is going to be pretty tough. Luckily the best cards seem to be rare and epics, so I will focus on these ones. Fingers crossed you manage to get Olivia at level 2, it takes patience!

        You're right, I think this set of soulbound Legendaries looks and seems ordinary at best, no special abilities whatsoever, unlike the epics, quality value.

              Olivia looks quite useful though, but I only have her at level 1 too!
