Wow, it is really nice that you made this post. I think you are one of the authors with a large reader/follower base, and this should help inform more people of the proposal, and hopefully get it more support. I do think SPL has given a lot of exposure and benefits to Hive, so I hope the proposal passes.

              I hope so too. I like the Hive blockchain, and SPL leaving it won't do it any favors. But as you've said, it seems a lot of our playerbase hasn't really invested much in Hive. I have heard that some whales like Bubke have staked a good amount of Hive just to vote.
