It's been a while since I've had the chance to go Silver shopping due to life in general and it's still a bit bleak around my parts for getting any silver.
The usual places are either completely out of silver or at such a high premium that it makes me cry and I can't afford to buy 😂
So I'm sat doing some work and thought, let's have a look at how the price of Silver is doing compared to the last time in March I checked.
Currently sat at £55.72 an oz according to Bullion by Post, which is still way up for what I paid for most of the pieces in my collection so that's always a reassuring win!
It was £65.02 an oz back in March so a bit of a drop, but if you can find any silver at todays price then I'd bite your hand off if I could buy it.
Pre owned silver 1 oz coins are around £77 to £80+ at the moment from where I can buy, which is a huge premium and something I can't afford.
I have tried to buy Sterling Silver jewellery as well but that has been an utter disaster with plated items, fake Silver and then premiums so high that I could buy a whole oz of Silver bullion for a few grams of jewellery. The prices really are going mad and VAT really doesn't help!
