Fortunately I didn't social that much so it doesn't happen too often in my life . not sure if that's good or bad . I feel I have sometimes maybe done some invasive questions online but not to the extreme of your examples. It was probably more light. For example, today I found out one of my guild members in a game burned some of their cards for crypto and then I was shocked and asked why. Then I also asked what he did with the money and now that I look back I guess it could have felt invasive for him depending on his point of view so in a way it's also depends how others take it? There are some questions I feel that could be towards the borderline. The examples you used are for sure invasive though! I'm not sure if I make sense.

As for the answer-avoidance thing I don't think I will blunt but I will just say it more in kind way like hey sorry man that's a bit too personal or something like that. I won't try to make them feel bad for asking. I don't know I hope I made sense

Yeah, asking someone what they did with the money could seem a little invasive although it's a reasonably standard question, said out of pure curiosity I guess.

At some of the banks here, they will not give people their cash when they try to withdraw it without asking what they will do with it (over certain withdrawal amounts). I find it incredibly invasive and none of their fucken business.

I was asked once, by a female bank teller, and I looked her in the eye and (quite loudly said) prostitutes. She didn't ask any more questions about what I will do with my own money after that.

Oh ya banks are crazy that's why I don't like to keep a lot in there. Even my crypto mentor tried to withdraw a ton before but they wouldn't let him until he filled some documents and stuff. He also asked them before if he could short the market with his money or something but they wouldn't let him cuz the banks know what's up in the market probably. Hed make too much.

I think asking with the withdrawal Is too much as well but in a different situation where maybe this persons bank account was just suddenly getting a ton of money questionably, then I think this question would actually be ok. Then we have to take into consideration about scammers and how senior people withdraw their life savings for those scams so in a way I feel there may be some merit asking what they plan on doing with the money. So looking at it with this in mind, its important to know the motive behind the question as well? If its to protect people like those old seniors I actually can accept that.

I wonder if that lady thought u were serious 😂 she might've thought u were a pimp or something. I know you like to joke but didnt expect you would joke so bluntly at a bank as well even though you were mad when she asked you that question.
