Thanks so much Joseph! I can see that my own HSBI went through, but the one for @aita-on-hive is missing.
It's there now. Accounts have to be in the db already for transfers to go through correctly. When I saw that it didn't go through, I sponsored the account for 1 unit from my gaming account. Then it takes one round to add the account to the db correctly and then next round it processes the transfer.
