This brought many fond memories as a kid. We didn't have this huge volume like yours, but we always buy around 10 chicks each year; some are egg producers, some will be used for family reunion 🍗
But the fun of watching them grow is always a joy.
Do you intend to have a "happy farm" section where the mating occurs and you will have broody hens hatch your own chicks?
Happy farm nice for now I will concentrate on the chicken meat first in the future when everything is stable I will add eggs and all. First chicken farm for meat then the Bucher area then we do the eggs. Because eggs takes longer to get and more cost for food. This will be future business.
Will keep adding more and more. So happy you had this type of childhood we are quite similar always been my dream to live like this I'm taking a gamble as we speak a lot of money put into this and will keep pushing until it works.
I will do more research on the mating and getting own chicks see if the cost is a appropriate for it as well. Thanks for the ideas 😁
