Greetings to all Splinterlands players and gaming community! Welcome to Pizza A Slice of Madness Brawl Report. We play the game for fun and rewards and we compete in the Guild Brawls. Here is our battle report for the week.
Overall Guild Rank: Fifth Place
We are still consistent, finishing in fifth place this week. The fourth place finisher, New Bot Order guild leads us by nineteen more wins but they also have thirteen more losses than our guild. The guilds on top of us are playing more games because they have more players to fill frays. If we want to improve our ranking then we must fill up more frays in the hope of scoring more wins.
Top Brawl Participants and my Rank
I'm on the eighth to eleventh place in our guild in terms of individual performance. I won five games out of eight. I play in fray one, Frontier cards only allowed and there are frays where Quora is not allowed giving my opponents a huge advantage. There's no Foundation set card that can match her fire power.
Selected Games
Game 1
A game with units having armor so its an advantage to use magic units. I expected the enemy to use magic units too so I chose the Death element where the archon debuffs life stats. Then I have a tank who has Void that decrease magic damage by 50%. I had four magic units in the team for attacking. My opponent employed the same strategy but he doubled down on the armor and used the Life element with the archon adding armor to the team. He also had magic units in his team but their attacks were decreased by my tank.

Game 2
In the next game I had Quora. She works well with the Earth archon who gives additional life to all units. Then I filled the team with other long range attackers. My opponent used Life again with a legendary gladiator card. Quora's bloodlust activated first and she was able to defeat more units. Her power multiplied the more units she defeated and led to my win.
Game 3
This was a battle of two Water teams. Mine had the camel as a tank unit. It doesn't attack but it has eight life to take some hits. My gladiator card was Isgald, a better version of Vengeful Monk who is a melee unit with opportunity skill. My main attacker was Mystic Scaleweaver. My opponent had a melee tank followed by two magic attackers. He has a legendary gladiator card with blast skill. My team had to defeat the opponent's tank first but once he was finished, his other units were also defeated.
Spending the Rewards
I bought two gladiator packs but I still suffer from a drought of legendary cards. As a consolation, I got a good epic card that has four melee attack.
Conclusion
We earned 3,150 merits and 24 SPS from the brawl. With regular brawls, it adds to my weekly SPS stake. I'm grateful to the Pizza guild for accepting me as a member and gave me a regular spot to join the brawls and earn guild rewards.
