Hey everyone, since a new season and update for Call of Duty Mobile are coming out in a few days, I took the opportunity to look through my character skins, which I have to say are a lot. This is because I started playing the game almost from the beginning, and also because each season usually releases between 3 and 5 skins, mostly through free events and missions that come out as the season progresses, so there's usually a lot of variety to choose from. Even so, while I admit I have many, some are more meaningful than others, whether because of the effort I put into getting them, their epic status related to a particular event, or because they remind me of something specific. So, I wanted to take this opportunity to show you some of my favorite skins.
Hola a todos, como ya en unos días se viene nueva temporada y actualización en el Call of Duty Mobile, aproveché para revisar un poco de mis skins de personajes, que debo decir que son un montón. Esto porque comencé a jugar el juego casi en sus inicios y también que por temporadas se suelen dar entre 3 y 5 skins, esto más que todo en eventos gratuitos y misiones que van saliendo a medida que pasa y, por ende, suele existir mucha variedad para elegir. Aun así, aunque admito que tengo muchas, algunas son más significativas que otras, ya sea por el hecho del esfuerzo en conseguirlas, las épicas con relación a algún evento que surgió o porque hacen que recuerde algo en específico. Por ende, quise aprovechar para mostrarles algunas de mis skins que más me gustan.
While it's true I don't change skins often, the game itself offers the option in its four game modes—Battle Royale, RECOM, 5 vs. 5, and Zombies—to set both the weaponry and the skin we'll use for that mode. There are up to nine different skins for each customization, so we could, just for fun, assign a character to each weapon we want to use. I've even done this myself, but one thing is certain: no matter how much I organize it, I'll always end up with only one choice per mode (only changing when using a sniper rifle).
Y es que, si bien es cierto que no soy de cambiar skins seguido, el mismo juego ofrece en sus 4 modos de juego, que son el battle royale. RECOM, 5 vs. 5 y el modo zombies: la opción de establecer tanto el armamento destinado y personalizado para esa modalidad como también la skin que usaremos, esto para cada personalización que llega a ser hasta 9 distintas, por lo que en sí podemos por simple ocio llegar a establecer un personaje para cada arma que queramos utilizar y en parte lo he llegado a hacer por mero gusto, pero sí es cierto una cosa y es que, por más que organice así, a la final siempre tendré una sola elección por modalidad (cambiando solo cuando se trata de usar francotirador).
Now, among the various skins, these variants of the same style, such as those representing the well-known character Ghost, of which I have 3 variants, two acquired in special events and another in one of the battle passes, as well as those that represent some of my favorite events, such as the first anniversary of the game, where they gave two themed skins, such as the mercenary 5 in gold version and the manta ray gold, which were obtained with special missions that, I must say, had much more detail than the current ones.
Ahora bien, entre las diversas skins, estas variantes de un mismo estilo, como son las representativas del conocido personaje de Ghost, del cual tengo 3 variantes, dos adquiridas en eventos especiales y otra en uno de los pases de batalla, así como también las que representan algunos de mis eventos favoritos, como lo fue el primer aniversario del juego, donde en este dieron dos skins ambientadas, como lo fue el mercenario 5 en versión gold y la manta ray gold, que se obtenían con misiones especiales que, debo decir, tenían mucho más detalles que las actuales.
Likewise, I also own 4 variants of the "Urban Tracker" skin, two of which I won in events and which I used a lot, since I like the character, and the other two variants are based on what was the first champion of COD Mobile and the one I recently acquired in my participation in the first round, which do not vary much beyond the colors and hair tone.
Así mismo, también poseo 4 variantes de la skin "Rastreadora urbana", siendo dos de estas ganadas en eventos y de las que llegué a usar mucho, ya que me gusta el personaje, y las otras dos variantes ambientadas en lo que fue la primera champion del COD Mobile y la que adquirí recientemente en mi participación en la primera ronda, las cuales no varían mucho más allá de los colores y la tonalidad de cabello.
In Zombies mode, since its release a few years ago as part of its custom battle pass, I've had skins representing characters infected by the virus from the comic book. So, in fact, after completing the pass, those were the skins I used in that mode. However, they haven't updated the pass yet (which I'm still waiting for), but I have changed the skins I use whenever I have the chance to play.
En el modo zombie, este, desde que salió hace algunos años en su pase de batalla personalizado, tenía unas skins que representaban personajes infectados por el virus y que forman parte de su cómic, por lo que, en efecto, al completar ese pase, era de las que utilizaba en ese modo. Sin embargo, aún no han actualizado el pase (cosa que sigo esperando), pero sí he variado un poco las skins que uso cada que tengo oportunidad de jugarlo.
Obviously, when it comes to skins with unusual designs, I have two: one from the aquatic season with a peculiar design, and the ones from the recent alien events, which are very cool in my opinion, as well as skins like Scylla, Vanguard, Rampage, Motoko (which was from a very good collaboration), and even the well-known Mara from the Call of Duty story, which is one of my favorite female skins, which I used for a long time in special battle royale events.
Obviamente, en lo que respecta a skins con diseños raros, tengo 2, siendo uno de la temporada acuática con un diseño peculiar y las de los eventos de aliens recientes, que son muy frescas a mi parecer, así como skins como Scylla, Vanguardia, Rampage, Motoko (la cual fue de una muy buena colaboración), incluso la conocida Mara de la historia del Call of Duty, que es de mis favoritas femeninas, que llegué a usar por mucho tiempo en eventos especiales de battle royale.
Even so, there are many others I haven't mentioned, and while it may not be the same number as those who have dedicated the most time to the game without pausing, it's true that they become representative, especially when you know that some don't reappear and become a mark of the player's experience or the time they've spent playing. Aun así, me faltan muchas otras por nombrar y, si bien tal vez no es igual a las cantidades que tienen los que más tiempo le han dedicado sin pausar el juego, es cierto que llegan a ser representativas y más cuando se sabe que algunas no vuelven a aparecer para obtener y se vuelven esa marca de la experiencia del jugador o el tiempo que lleva en este mismo, por lo que, bueno, se puede decir que muchas de estas son justamente esa marca que tengo de lo que he jugado, por lo que, sin más nada que decir y esperando sea de su agrado, muchas gracias por leer.
