Saludos estimados gamers que dan vida a #HiveGaming. Seguimos con la temporada navideña en League of Legends y, como les he comentado en mis posts anteriores, decidí seguir jugando en la modalidad de ARAM, que es más PVP y, por ende, las partidas son más cortas.
Greetings, fellow gamers who bring #HiveGaming to life. We're continuing with the holiday season in League of Legends, and as I've mentioned in my previous posts, I've decided to keep playing in ARAM mode, which is more PvP-focused and therefore has shorter matches.
La semana pasada dejé de jugar un buen rato porque estuve bastante decaída emocionalmente, no sólo por la cantidad de insultos recibidos en aquellas partidas de clasificatoria que intenté jugar, sino a nivel general. Estas fechas navideñas no son muy especiales para mí y suelo deprimirme de manera muy aguda.
Por otro lado, mi modo de grabar las partidas era directamente con el juego en sí porque al intentar hacerlo con una función de mi PC no logré hacerlo y opté por grabarlas como lo hacía anteriormente. Por lo que es probable que no les gustaran mis partidas o casi nadie las veía y es entendible
Last week, I stopped playing for a while because I was feeling quite down, not only because of the amount of insults I received in the ranked matches I tried to play, but also in general. The holiday season isn't very special for me, and I tend to get very depressed during it.
On the other hand, I was recording my matches directly in-game because I couldn't get it to work with a feature on my PC, so I ended up recording them the way I used to. Therefore, it's likely that my matches weren't well-received or that hardly anyone watched them, which is understandable.
Y como Hive nos obliga en cierto punto a reinventarnos o mejorar constantemente, decidí instalar un nuevo programa para grabar mis partidas en vivo. Sugerencia que me dio un gamer bastante activo dentro de la blockchain a quien quiero darle las gracias por ayudarme a mejorar como creadora de contenido.
Es la primera vez que lo uso y su configuración se me hizo un poco complicada porque, al parecer, es un programa que usan muchos usuarios de Twitch. Plataforma en la que no tengo vida en absoluto, así que desconocía totalmente esta valiosa herramienta de video.
And since Hive forces us to constantly reinvent ourselves or improve, I decided to install a new program to record my live streams. This suggestion came from a fairly active gamer within the blockchain community, whom I want to thank for helping me improve as a content creator.
It's the first time I've used it, and setting it up was a bit complicated because, apparently, it's a program used by many Twitch users. I'm not active on that platform at all, so I was completely unaware of this valuable video tool.
Y lo que más me gustó de este programa es que una vez configurado por completo es super sencillo de usar y graba absolutamente todo! lo que hace más sencillo la edición y bueno, hay que estar pendiente de que no genere lag mientras se juegue y que además no contenga errores de video cuando se haya grabado la partida.
What I liked most about this program is that once it's fully configured, it's super easy to use and records absolutely everything! This makes editing much easier. You just have to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't cause lag while playing and that there aren't any video errors when the game is recorded.
Y para ser mi primera vez en usarlo, creo que lo hice bien. Me gustó tanto el resultado que no pude esperar a compartir mi nueva versión de video con ustedes. Y bueno, en esta partida, como ven al inicio, no me salió Jinx; alguien quiso usar otro personaje en vez de ella, por lo que la elegí lo más rápido posible, ya que los campeones que me salieron no eran de mi gusto.
And for my first time using it, I think I did well. I liked the result so much that I couldn't wait to share my new video version with you all. And well, in this game, as you can see at the beginning, I didn't get Jinx; someone wanted to use another character instead, so I chose her as quickly as possible, since the champions I got weren't to my liking.
Lo único que no me gustó del video en sí fueron los efectos de sonido. Pero bueno, ni modo, allí creo que no puedo hacer mucho porque mis cornetas no son muy óptimas; tampoco tengo audífonos gamer. En fin, déjenme saber en los comentarios qué les parece mi nuevo estilo de video; los estaré leyendo.

The only thing I didn't like about the video itself was the sound effects. Oh well, I guess there's not much I can do about it because my speakers aren't great; I don't have gaming headphones either. Anyway, let me know what you think of my new video style in the comments; I'll be reading them.
