I think mine had been in intensive care for reasons external to the play, the power cuts could have burned something
A little time ago the energy source of my ps4 got broken because power cuts also, it's a hard situation for playing, I can't even play cause I'm afraid it got broken again
You should buy a device that still has power when the light goes out, so you have time to turn off your ps4 properly
