Everything blooms when it has permission, even my guava tree

I remember exactly how long I've been watching my little guava plant grow, but what I do know is that I've waited a long time for this moment. My husband loves guava with all his heart; it's his favorite fruit and also one of the few fruits that doesn't cause him any allergies, so guava is important in our home, which is why we buy it whenever we can.

Knowing this, many will surely understand why we were so happy that our guava plant finally bore fruit and why we waited so eagerly for it. It wasn't a tree that we consciously celebrated; that is, we didn't prepare the soil or plant the seeds in a specific place as we do with other plants. This was simply a coincidence, a nice coincidence that made us smile when we saw it.

In fact, it grows in a very unexpected place, where we were convinced that it would not grow too much. Not to mention that a couple of years ago, or maybe a little longer, we tried to grow some guava trees. We did plant those consciously and took good care of the soil, and in fact, they were growing quite well. but our neighbors informed us that there was a water pipe right where our tree was growing, something we didn't know about, and we had to take action. We pulled up the plants and gave them to a lady who is very good with plants.

Although you might think it's an unexpected place, the truth is that of all the space in our garden, it's the best location, not because it has the best soil or because plants grow faster there, but because it's a free space that won't be affected by any pipes or anything belonging to any neighbors. Since it grew, we've seen how it has grown little by little, and we've been very surprised by how much it has grown and how much it has achieved.

Because a plant becomes part of the family, you talk to it, you try to nurture it, you water it, and you inevitably develop a fondness for it, so you rejoice in the results it achieves little by little. You can imagine how happy we were when we realized that a little guava tree was peeking out there. My husband was the one who spotted it one night (he has better eyesight), and amid shouts and excitement, we celebrated with her the fruit of everyone's efforts.

Later we found another one, so we think that for now there are guavas growing on our beautiful tree. The truth is that it is quite tall and we can't see all its branches very well, so if there are any other guavas out there, we'll see them when they're a little bigger. For now, we are very happy to have those two little guavas, because we feel that it is a very good sign that there will come a time when we will harvest a lot, and even so, we will never forget the happy moment of seeing the first one.

When it's ready to be harvested, I'll show you what kind of guava it is, because we're still not sure if it's white or red guava. Whatever it is, we'll love it and we'll definitely make the most of it, because the truth is that it was always our dream to have a guava tree that would give us a smile by sharing its fruit with us.

It's amazing how guava grew in unexpected place and very nice that it is your husband's favorite. I like it too, and the leaves of guava helps my mother in law with her legs problems. That's why I want to plant guava too.

It’s amazing how that guava plant found the perfect place to grow, even without planning. Sometimes nature surprises us in the best ways. I can feel how special this plant is to you, especially after everything you went through with the other guava trees.
