Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about the last holiday when we are going back to my hometown. As you can see every year we are always going to Secret Zoo. And this year i asked my son again where we would to go. My wife is boring when going to zoo again since every year we are always goes there. But, my son still want to go there. So, all decided that we are going to zoo again but this time we are not staying around there since all hotels near that place are fully booked. Or the last available was really expensive that over my budget. So, yeah we decided just go and then going back. This journey took time around 1 hour using motorcycle. It kinda close but it really tiring especially when stuck on traffic jam since it is holiday season.
This time the weather is not too friendly. It is cloudy and i guess it will be rain soon. But, i am hoping that it rain when we are stopped at food court. Yet, since my son is happy, we are also happy too.
The place and the animals mostly same, but what makes different is right now my son can read. So, right now he likes fulfill his curiousity about animals. He read some of the sign of animals that he likes. Racoon, Apes, Birds, and the most is Little mammals like meerkat.
Before my son afraid when goes to Reptile House. But, this time he dare himself to go there. And seeing some of snakes, toad, and even Aligators. And also the biggest lizard in Indonesia like Dinosaur that is Komodo Dragon. In the end, he is still afraid and always goes behind me. Yeah some of the snakes and the lizard is bigger than him and even bigger than me. Thats why he is afraid to those reptiles.
And when goes to aquarium area, he is really insterested and always calling my name. Also he never forget that i already made promise to him whenever we are moving to our own house. I need to build Aquarium for him. That will be troublesome for me and i wont break the promise so yeah after we are moving to our own house and the problem mostly settled. I will starting to build aquarium and teaching him how to make underwater garden that called aquascape.
And what other different is i dont know why mostly all the animals going out from their caves and shelter after rain stopped. So we can literally look the animals especially the carnivors like tiger, bear, and lion. Thats kinda cool and very rare opportunity.
And finally he can feeding the capybara that he always talking about. He always seen Capybara when in phone and never seen it alive and with his own eyes. Thats why he is super excited to feeding this Capybara. He also said that he wants one in his future house. Thats funny statement but we are argue over an hour about adopt Capybara. In the end he is annoyed when around me since i dont agree to adopt Capybara.
So, we are continue this time and going inside Eco Active Park. We are already goes there a year ago. At that time the names still Eco Green Park. Mostly here is all kinds of Birds. From parrots, peacock, parakeet, even rangkok the rarest one. Even we also can see the vulture and eagle with close distance. But, while we are there. There is some problem with the mortage applies. Finally our mortage got accepted by bank. But, the bad news is we need to prepare more than 2,5k$ in a week to be as down payment. With those limited time and it is holiday season. It will hardly to collect. Thats why i kinda not enjoying being in this place. It is like my body still there but my mind goes to another place and my awareness is far away from that place. My mind even make map where to collect the money and how to get the money. In the end i just got a few photo in this place.
What i remember the fun place is when we are entering the bird cage where all bird roam freely and we can gives food to all the birds (mostly they are scared to human so we cannot chasing them). And the second is when we are entering upside down house where all stuff upside down. Kinda dizzy but i dont know why my son excited being there. Maybe because inside is like maze that lead to exit way. Especially when we are trapped in mirror maze. He thinking that when i lead the way i am the hero that searching the way out. And even i made him to be my sidekick that i told him to told everybody to follow him to get the way out. Thats funny tho. It can distract my mindmapping while in there.
In the end we are enjoying being there. And the good news for the end of this year is my mortage got accepted and i already have the money. Just need to wait until the agreement paper comes out and we are sign in and then waiting until the developer handover the house to us. Next year will be really hard for me about the finance. Hopefully my financial fortune bless me.
