Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. In this content i want to share about what my goal for 2026. I usually making plan before New Year and give the plan to my wife first and then we are discussing what we are going to for the next year. And this year there is 3 things that we are really consent of. Maybe not only for this year but i think it will be same until 5 or 10 years. And the picture is just the random of my son picture with his cousing in my hometown since he is with my parents while me and my wife already back to our home. Thats why my relatives send us his picture.
Okay talking about my next goal.
First thing is Healthy. I am more aware about healthy than my wife. She is kinda lazy to workout and eating good diet. But, i dont know why when we are doing on check lab, her health condition is better than me. Wonder why. And what i need to do is how to manage the stress, panic attack, and also anxiety disorder. I think those disease is really affected to my metabolism overall healthy. Thats why i need doing the real hobby that can forgetting all the panic attack and anxiety disorder and also reducing the stress. But, the doctor also said that stress is really hard to avoided especially I am overthinker. So, it will automatically make the body in anxiety and starting the condition of Fight or Flight condition.
And with this Fight or Flight condition it will make the blood vessel will be stiff and will make the blood pressure is really high and unstable. I already check also when i am not stress and just chill my blood pressure always low and stable. But, when work starts especially in Hectic day. The blood pressure starting to rise and sometimes the blood pressure is not stable at all. Either too high or too low. The doctor suggesting to do exercise and weight lifting regularly. Maybe i need to make financial plan to subscribe as gym member. And go to gym everyday and do consistency. Despite all of that I also learning how to compress all my Depression even though I still dont know how to do it. And i dont want to go to psychiatrist because it is too expensive ( it will make stress more when i dont have any money).
The second is *Wealthy. Not many people knowing that i can paid my mortage instalment using Splinterlands game and hive. Yeah it is right. Thats why i really thankfull for Hive community and Splinterlands community. With those 2 community i can get revenue not only assets but the real cashflow that can help me paid the house even though still using installment. Thats why I cash out all my HBD last month to paid the Down Payment. And also right now my wife already realized that investing in HBD is much better than other investment place in my country. Thats why right now she will allocating some of the income to be invested on HBD.
And next is Family. This is the important one. Right now i already paid secondary PC but still latest from my brother. So, i can saving more time everyday to be playing with my son and teaching him English before he is going to sleep. And also i want to spend more time with him. My time is really short before he will entering the puberty and starting to avoiding me as a father and we will having clash more than friended more. Yeah rebellion times is really fast. Only around 10 years left i can play with my boy. And also i want to have time to calling my parents. I know that they will not live forever. They will gone sooner or later. Thats why with the time i have which is i dont know when and how long i have. I dont want to wasting time not calling them. It will makes me regret later and regret is affected to anxiety and health. Thats why better avoiding all the bad result right.
And of course when having time with my son, I also having time too for my little family, I will have time for dating with my wife, going to mall together as much as possible (maybe will be less since we are saving to paid the house installment). But, overall i already buy time with this new gadget. And with that maybe i can make another source income of money together with my son or my wife.
So, in this year my focus goal is fixing the inner circle of my family and of course inside mine especially. Everything will change if I can change myself first right??
