I have 3 allergic in my body but the worst part is when it comes to my nose.
Feels okay but cannot doing anything is super annoying. Really annoying.
I have 3 types allergic in my life. The first one is come to food. I cannot eating any sea food or i will have itchy in my throat. I will clearing my throat every second. Its supper annoying, even after drinking water the itchy feels is not go away. And it will lasting around 1-3 hours after eating sea food especially sea food like, clamp,shell, crab,octopus,squid. These 5 are the most itchy in my throat. Other than that like salmon,snapper,or even grouper are not that itchy. Still i can feel the itchy but it is not like makes me annoying until i cannot doing anything. But, when i am eating too much of course i will starting clearing my throat and coughing. And its really annoying me.
The second that i can still avoiding is fur animals. All fur animals will make all my body starting to itchy and my nose starting to snotty until the snot is just clear water. Yeah my nose starting to make defence mechanism like water inside my nose and i will sneezing a lot after some time living side by side with furry animals. And after my nose snotty, then my arms and foot started having red rash and very itchy. and then my skin produces reddish bumps that very itchy and if i scratch it, it will make the bumps started to wounded and bleed. And then the itch gone and changes to hurt and feel burn.
And the third and the last in my body that i cannot controlling this situation since the cause are very very small. That is pollen, dust, and micro mites.
Like i said before my nose is very sensitive. Too sensitive i guess for human. I can tell the difference the old stuff and new stuff just from the smell only. Even though the old stuff still well maintain, my nose can smell the rust and old stuff especially like bed stuff. Pillow,bolster,sheet,or even the bed itself. Even clean i still can smell the old if the bed is old. And of course i can smell rain too from far away. Maybe not just me, many people that born before 1995, i think they can still smell raing from far away. The earth got water smell sometimes is really specific and very obvious. But, i dont know if you like this or not. And yeah having privilledge like this make my nose over sensitives. It bring misfortune sometimes especially when i am moving place from one city to other city. Like last week, i am going back to my hometown and after arrived at my parents house and entering the bedroom. I can smell all ancient stuff from closet,bed,bolster,pillow,even the sheet. Even though my mom just changed the sheet but my nose still can smell it. And the worst part is my brother keep a dog. And its fur fall off everywhere and sometimes it can sucked by my breath. Then of course i am starting to sneezing and snotty all day long. Same with dust or pollen. So, at least once in a year i will having this symptomps like flu. Sneezing all day long and if sneezing i can sneezing 10-20 times without stop. And it drains my energy faster.
What it feels having this allergic? What i feel is my body feels okay, my mood is okay, my energy and stamina still a lot to spend. But, it reduce fast by just sneezing only. And the my eyes goes to starting sleepy and want to close my eyes. So, it would make me enjoying micro sleep. What is this of micro sleep. When i felt asleep just 30-60 seconds and then i wake up. But, my body like restarting and booting my full body. This is where i said that this allergic is really annoying. So, imagine you still plenty of energy, the mood still good,the power still maximum. But, sneezing all day long, then snotty with pure crystal water from nose. And then the eyes is shutting down by themself and when we are holding much longer, the brain cannot keep up and sometimes the brain shut down a little bit and i can stunned for a while until my brain restarted. Like yesterday and today, My allergic especially the snotty nose started. It is because in my backyar there are many plant that flowering and yeah of course the pollen goes anywhere and some of that comes into my house and started spreading by the Aircon. And then yeah from yesterday till today my nose still snooty and still watery. And sneez a lot too. I am hoping after sleeping at night my nose can tolerate this new place after my home is quite on 2 weeks.
