He seems like a pretty cool guy to me. I remember when he was just starting out on the show Alias and he got killed off fair quickly. Sorry for the spoilers if you have never seen it. That's really crazy that you got to meet him.

              It was good. It was one of the earliest shows from the guy who made Lost. It started out as a spy show, but then they threw in some Davinci Code type stuff as well.
