Hello Asean Hive Community
I haven't psoted anything for the last several days. I got a food poisoning and I kept pushing myself going to work and it went worse. So during those days, I was literally taking a bed rest. I think the last post I made was Hive Power Up but I had prepared the draft a week before so it only needed 3 minutes of editing.
So let takes this post as my warm up. I am picking a soft and light topic here, it is my experience yesterday. I almost died due to overheat, my body temperature rose above 41 Celsius degree and I lost my consciousness. I thought I died that time but I recovered lol.

I planted some pineapples on my yards, so it was something that expected if some wild animals would come to steal those pineapples. But they would not be some gorillas or bears. Usually Civets are the ones that come to raid them.
So yesterday they came... I was in the middle of long bed rest and my mother yelled calling me and threw a broom so I could shove those chevets out from the yard. So I just woke up and chased them out.. and ended up as I have said above lol.

Actually no pineapple was harmed yesterday. I believed they just came to scout the pineapples because some were getting bigger. Pineapples are non climacteric fruit, they can not get sweeter or ripen after being picked. Animals know that too so even those pineapples start getting better, they/civets won't pick or steal them too.
But civets are better than human, they could predict how many more days they need to wait. But because I have been sick for days, I do not check my yard and my mom doesn't understand about plants well, so I just got panicked seeing my mom yelling and chase them without thinking further.

The problem with cultivating pineapples is their harvest time. From one plant to another, the time we need to harvest them can differ very much. I share these two other pineapples which just starting to have their fruit growing.
Based on what I have been doing, the speed of growing and get the fruit ripen is based on the direct sunlight and how many other plants nearby. The more packed pineapple with other plants, they are slower to grow. I think their roots are bad in term of fighting for soil nutrients.
I am not a professional pineapples farmer anyway, so maybe you could give me more advise.
Ok that's my short post today and it is not a foodie one lol. Thank you for reading my post here and See you next time!!
