Recently I have posted some actifit posts. I try to be more active moving around, although honestly that Actifit is not working greatly. Even without encouraging myself to get many foot steps, I already get more than seven thousands regularly everyday by just doing my daily activities.
In those reports, you can check my posts a week before, I put my weight at 84 kg. Early in November my weight had got onto 79-80 kg. So actually in December I got 4 kilos extra weight.
I was not surprised last month knowing I had a spike up in my weight. I had been eating some calorie bombs from early December to Late Decembers. So here were my two favorite calorie bombs, which I ate the most last month.
Street Food Nasi Goreng

Nasi goreng or Fried Rice is one of my favorite food. It is one of the best comfort food I eat frequently. So lets get back to last month.
I ate too many street food fried rice. Last month was full of rains, from early morning to night time. So getting a warm newly cook fried rice was something that very relieving and satisfying. Especially the street food one, because they had smokey flavor and we could ask their spiciness at our preference.
However the street food fried rice only had eggs as their main nutrition. Even I ordered two eggs, one scrambled with the rice, and another one as sunny side up or omelet, they were just the eggs that added positive nutrition. Well they had some chopped chili pepper and some vegetables, but those were very minimum which was less than a spoon.
The rest? It was cooked rice that full of sugar and carbohydrate added by some oil that was a fat. A real fried rice is actually a solid calorie bomb!
Triple Chocolate Cake

Well Nasi goreng or fried rice would not gave me 4 kilos in three weeks. Another bomb that I had taken was Triple Chocolate Cake. My mom brought home a full round triple chocolate cake from some well known vendor. It was a complimentary, so we did not pay for it.
However the problem was only my mom and I who lived at home. The cake would not last for weeks, after a week the taste started to drop... A chocolate cake like this can last for two weeks because it has no fruit and cream cheese, however the taste and texture will deteriorate.
So like it or not, I had to eat them all alone. My mom help with a scope or two once in two days. I believed this cake was the major calorie surplus I got that drove up my weight very fast.
However things have gone normal now, I start to exercise a bit and i realize my body is getting too heavy. I hope next month I can get back below 80 kilos again.
