I sincerely hope you don't have too many more of those in your future; it never gets better even as you get more exasperated with some of the things you have to rush them to emergency for ^_^;
I have had to rush my youngest to emergency more times in his second to fifth years of life more than the other two combined in their entire lives, most were accidents, the one I got exasperated by was when he accidentally swallowed a coin and I just wanted to make sure it had gone into his stomach and wasn't trapped higher up
How is Aiden doing now? Hope he's better, did you end up taking him to get checked for asthma?
