Having a simple life here in the Province is very fun and enjoyable and for me this is very perfect place to lived in.
Today is Monday and I have lots of vacant time but I kept myself busy by doing some things just like exploring our Farm. Being productive is very important in everyday life so we can really achieved our goals to become success. This day, I decided to checked some of our fruit trees here and also the place we planned to clean and removed those wild grass so we can start planting those young coconut plants at the vacant lot.
First I went to the plain places of our farm to looked for any coconuts falled to the ground. It was already 9 in the morning and I hurriedly went to the place just to looked for any fallen coconuts. Gladly I found few of it and I gathered and put in one place so my husband can put in the sack very easily and finished on time. Not all of the entire place is very clean and it really needs to lend time just to removed those wild grass covering neat at the coconut trees. My Huband's Father planted this coconut trees 45 years already and all of it are already produced lots coconuts.
I also noticed that there are lots of sawdust in the place and it will be very perfect to used it as an organic fertilizers for my vegetables and crops. First I gathered in one place so I can easily put in an empty sacks. This will be used next Week and the only thing I will do is to dried under the heat of the sun. I already used sawdust many times already and I've seen the good result. I was very happy to have this sawdust for my plants and it will lessen the expense by buying an expensive synthetic materials used for fertilizers.
After that, I quickly went to my farm animals like goats. We decided to tied the rope here because there are lots of grass they can eat but I tied here were there no thick wild grass grows to avoid any dangerous and harmful animals like snakes. I raised four goats here and last week I sell one of pur goat at the supermarket. I carefully tied the rope so wont go away.
I also gathered lots of firewoods and it is very perfect to use because it is already dried. It takes a few minutes before finishing gatherings lots of firewoods.
I continued visiting at the place particularly at the site where lots of pineapple plants can be seen and founs. I was very happy and surprised when I've seen that some of my pineapple plants already produced and ready to harvest. As O counted those pineapple plants prodcued fruits it reached up to 20 pineapple plants and some are nearly to harvest.
I was very sad and worried when I've my Durian plant eaten by Cow. I was very worries and sad because the entire stems and young leaves of the plants was already cut out. After 5 weeks of waiting, finally my Durian plant are already survived. My husband were decided to create tree guard so the plant wont destroyed by animals like Cows and Goats.
I was very happy and surprised to see ripe Papaya, last day I checked my papaya fruits and it was not ripe but today some of the papaya are already ripe. My Cacao fruits are also nearly harvested, some of it are already turned into yellow color indicates that this will be harvested by next day. Seeing this fruits can be really proud and I really want to plant many of those.
Finally the place were thick wild grass are already clean and it will be very perfect to plant young coconuts here. This is the reason why we cleaned this place, to become productive by planting lots of valuable plants. We left those fruit trees grow at the place and the estimationa of numbers of coconuts planted here will reached 100 young coconut plants. Having this kind of place is very wonderful and we really want to developed this place into an agricultural land. Until next posts, have a nice day to everyone.
