We have our own favorite snacks that we love eating and snacks is a way to fulfill our cravings and to fill up our stomach during that time. One of my favorite snacks that I ate is this Donuts.
Yes, donuts, because they are sweet yummy and delicious. While scrolling through my social media application, I saw one of the ads in the 7/11 store that they were having a sale in their donuts.
Their donut brand is mister donut and I don't usually like this kind of brand of donut but I bought their donuts because it is on sale and it's exclusively on that day of sale which is a one day sale of donuts.
I knew for a fact that if I saw ads that are on sale especially a buy one take or had a big discounts, I will not hesitate to buy it but it also differs on what kind of items that they were having a discount because there were discounts that are alcoholic drink on which I don't buy or items that are for women that I don't usually buy.
Especially this 7/11 store that I usually visited their page if they had discounts or not because if they had discounts, I will directly tell my friends or even my colleagues that we will go to the 7/11 store to avail their big discounts of some of the items that they had.
So, last three days ago, which was June 6, they had a big discount in their donuts of 7/11 store and I didn't hesitate on going there since I love donuts although, it's not my favorite brand but at that time, I was craving to eat donuts myself.
After going to the 7/11 store, I was shocked to see that they had lots of donuts that of the discounted price that are available and almost no one came to buy this buy 1 take 1 item. Maybe these people are not exploring well that they didn't saw the ads of the store yet.
This discount is exclusively in that day only and if you buy one piece of Choco butternut donut, you can get free Bavarian donut which is a good combination of a buy 1 get 1 free of the other donuts.
Before that happen, I asked the saleslady or the cashier first if they are on sale on that day about donuts but the cashier directly told me that it's not on sale and it's not reflected in their system but I'm pretty sure that their donuts was on sale because it was a nationwide sale and not exclusively in one place but all over the place of the Philippines.
I didn't believe the cashier and went to the donut section and grab the discount product and went to the cashier for checking out. The cashier then scan the item which was the choco butternut and the price was the same but she didn't knew that it was a buy one of choco butternut and get one Bavarian filling donut. So, I grab the Bavarian and told the cashier to scan the next donut which was the Bavarian filling donut and VIOLA! it got scanned but the price was 0.
I only paid for 39 pesos for the price of two pieces of these donuts while the saleslady was shocked to see that their donuts was on sale at that time. I was glad to see that it got reflected and I only got to pay for the Choco butternut donut at that time.
I told the saleslady if they had a box to put the donuts in it because I will buy more since it's got on sale and she didn't hesitate to give me the box of mister donut brand.
In the end, I was happy that I got and bought these donuts myself and eat it myself and I gave some of the donuts to my co-workers, friends, and colleagues and they were happy about it.
