It was another going out in the Robinson's at this time where I prefer on eating food. Well, there were many options on eating food in different kinds of stores but the problem was each in store that I went into, there were full of customers and I feel like if I am going to eat there, I will be standing and waiting in the corner.
So, yeah, back then there was this fast food store that I really wants to eat again and that was the Chowking. I saw their store and there were lots of vacant seat which was on the corners of them.
I decided on buying and eating my lunch here because there were now a couple of available tables and chairs and also I was curious when getting inside, they have something like choosing your own meal not in the cashier but in the aisle that looks like a big TV screen where you can pick whatever you want in the menu.
Actually, it was my first time doing it by myself and it was really satisfying because I ordered it myself but at the end of ordering, the crew was assisting me because I couldn't see the order number for it.
So, yeah, what I ordered was a solo fried chicken meal. Then I get the priority number ang went into the cashier to pay for the meal. While I am in the cashier, I told her that aside from my dine in order, I also want to order a take out. Aaaand, yeah, a take out of a chicken fried rice with steamed siomai.
I pay after my orders were punch and wait for my order to be cooked. They have a spot to put the food in that and then one of the crew will dictate the number and the customer will go near it to get their ordered food. So, I waited for several minutes after my order number got called.
I took photos of the fried chicken first before eating and I was not expecting that the fried chicken was that big of a fried chicken. Oh well, I think I will be full after eating this lunch with me and I don't think I can eat more after this.
So, yeah, I started eating the fried chicken with rice and as I was eating, there were a couple of customers that also dined in, too.
I also took photos, beforehand, of the place and how big is it and as well as how many customers that were eating. Yeah, it was one of my adventurous lunch by myself and it was an amazing moment.
Well, I was glad to eat at this fast food chain because the fried chicken was really delicious and crispy but the sad part was the gravy was as cold as a snow and I expected that it was a hot gravy but it isn't.
