Last week, we had a small gathering with my own department because we need to do some work in our company for renovations and stuffs so, we were the ones that was assigned to do the renovations.
The company had asked us about the situation and we agreed upon the request because it's for the benefit of the company and not for ourselves.
Before doing the work in the company, we need to eat our dinner because it was already dark and it was also time for dinner. Of course, we don't want to missed the dinner because that's one of the important meal at night and you can't work hard if your stomach is empty.
We had many choices on where to go for our dinner but we decided to go to the Mang Inasal fast food chain because they offer an unlimited rice in their meals.
Before going there, there were a couple of options about where do we like to eat our dinner. There was a fried chicken store, BBQ store, fast food chain and we chose the fast food chain that offers an unlimited rice because we were very hungry at that time.
We agreed on going to Mang inasal and went there. When we arrived at the place, there were only a few people that dined in but after a couple of minutes, the tables were full because there were customers that dined in for their dinner, too.
We were shocked that after we ordered, there were lots of customers that were also dined in after a couple of minutes.
We though that our order will be serve within 5 - 10 minutes after ordering but unexpectedly, it was served for almost an hour and we were hungry at that time. We almost went to the cashier and asked if our order is being prepared since it's almost an hour that we were waiting for our order.
Thankfully, before we went to the cashier, we saw that our order was being prepared in the serving section and we knew that it was our order because one of the order has no unlimited rice.
There was this buzzing pager that will buzz whenever our order is ready and yeah, it was expected that it will buzz anytime after we saw that our order was ready.
One of my colleagues went to get the order. Then, we took some photos together because we had to document it and we were smiling after our order was served.
After taking photos together, we ate the food and the food that we ordered was this C1 chicken. A part of a chicken and then this rice.
We were eating the food together and we were talking while we were eating. There were times that we laughed while we were talking and eating together.
When our rice was empty, we raised our hand to look for a crew that served rice and signaling them that we were looking for rice because our rice was empty.
I only got to one extra rice because after eating the first rice, I am almost full and when the crew put some extra rice for our plate, I think I cannot get another extra rice since I am already full.
We were happy and glad that our dinner was this place and our company gave a food allowance and we only pay small amount for the missing payment for it.
After our dinner, we went back to the company and continue with our work and we were full while going to the company and working on our designated job for the company.
