Thanks! Those mountains really tower over everything here in Armenia. Even if you go way up into the other mountains, you look deep into the horizon, you see the fields, the small towns and villages that become little dots. Then at some point there's just nothing. It's like civilisation halts. But you look up, and realise it's the start of Ararat. It towers over everything like an ancient being that remains in slumber.
The smaller one next to it that I photographed, it's actually considered the 'little sister' of Ararat.
