Wings awaiting the flight of hummingbirds! | My entry for #Monomad Challenge [ENG-ESP]

Hello black and white photography lovers!

Do you remember the previous post where I showed you the hummingbird nest with its new eggs waiting to hatch?

Well, I'm thrilled to tell you that the hummingbird chicks are growing at an amazing rate, and I've been taking photos of them with the utmost care to document their beautiful growth. Here I share some of those flashes of light in the contrast that nature gifts us in the small details of their wings, about to take flight.

I already told you about my surprise at seeing the nest with a new touch in its architectural composition with that beauty conferred by the white silk that gives softness and comfort to its inhabitants.

Imagine my excitement then upon discovering those tiny bird beaks sticking out of the nest...

Taking great care not to damage the nest or disturb the tranquility of its dynamics, I approach daily to check on the growth of its peculiar inhabitants...

With their little eyes open, looking at me, without moving, they only caused my skin to stand on end, like hairs on end. I discovered those small glimpses of feathers that little by little were growing until, as soon as I realized it, they would allow them to fly like the previous siblings who must go about sipping from gardens in time.

They close their little eyes again, and I take this opportunity to say goodbye until our next meeting with wings unfurled, but not before giving each of you a hug of light!

¿Recuerdan la anterior publicación donde les mostré el nido de los zunzunes con sus nuevos huevos a la espera de eclosionar?

Pues con gran emoción les cuento que ya los pichones de zunzunes están creciendo a un ritmo asombroso y les he ido tomando fotogramas con la mayor cautela posible para documentar su hermoso crecimiento y acá les comparto algunos de esos destellos de luz en el contraste que la naturaleza nos obsequia en los pequeños detalles de sus alas a punto de dar vuelo.

Ya les hablé sobre mi sorpresa al ver al nido con un nuevo retoque en su composición arquitectónica con esa belleza que le confiere la seda blanca que otorga suavidad y confort a sus habitantes.

Imaginen entonces mi emoción al descubrir esos pequeños picos de aves tan diminutas sobresaliendo del nido...

Con todo cuidado de no dañar el nido ni estropear la tranquilidad de su dinámica, me acerco a diario para comprobar el crecimiento de sus habitantes peculiares...

Con sus ojitos abiertos, mirándome, sin moverse, solo provocaba en mí que la piel se me pusiera a modo de pelos de punta como de punta descubrí esos pequeños atisbos de plumas que poco a poco iban creciendo hasta que, apenas me de cuenta, ya les permitirán volar como a los hermanos anteriores que han de andar libando jardines en el tiempo.

Vuelven a cerrar sus ojitos y aprovecho para despedirme hasta un próximo encuentro con alas al descubierto, no sin antes regalarles a cada uno de ustedes ¡un abrazo de luz!
