It looks like they are pretty far from modernization! Or, the real estate magnets haven't put their eyes on that area yet!

        Yeah, I'd say this place is a hidden unpolished diamond but as it is far from any big city, it would probably take decades before it is really appreciated. Life will change at some point, that's for sure.
