Let's talk about lithotherapy...
You’ve started to get to know me, and you know that my spiritual orientations are quite particular.
And they include lithotherapy.
Let me show you two small assortments for different occasions...
To help us sleep:
For a while now—months, even years—we’ve been sleeping quite poorly. I use a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea, but that doesn’t seem to be enough. And the stress surrounding us certainly doesn’t help improve sleep quality.
Lithotherapy recommends a small assortment of stones placed at the head of our bed:
Clockwise, starting from the top left:
- Amazonite (green)
- Rose Quartz
- Lapis Lazuli (blue)
- Amethyst (purple)
- Labradorite (grey/brown)
Abundance and protection
As for me, with all the current politics, I’m under constant stress and genuinely worried about what Bouchez might pull next.
So, to be proactive, here’s a small protective shield I carry in my pockets...
At the top is the Rainbow Amethyst in my left pocket to combat that harmful stress...
And below, from left to right: Citrine (abundance) and Sun Stone (Will and happiness) in the right pocket to help me find solutions before the Big-Bad-Bouchez carries out his threats.
It’s up to you to see if this inspires you...
But know that both Florence and I are already sleeping better (and for longer too)...
Note: For the more skeptical among you, none of these stones are toxic, so at worst, they’ll do nothing 😅. And if my practices bear fruit, it’ll be all the better for my wife and me 😘 Whether it’s placebo or truly effective—I’m going for it 😜

Parlons lithothérapie ...
Vous commencez à me connaître et savez donc que mes orientations spirituelles sont particulières.
Et elles incluent la lithothérapie.
Je vous présente deux petits assortiments pour deux occasions différentes...
Pour favoriser notre sommeil:
Depuis quelques temps, et cela se compte en mois, voire années, nous dormons bien mal. J'ai ma CIPAP pour mes soucis d'apnées du sommeil, mais cela ne semble pas suffire. Et le stress qui nous entoure n'améliore en rien la qualité de notre sommeil.
La lithothérapie nous conseille un petit assortiment de pierres, installées à la tête de notre lit:
Dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre, en partant du haut à gauche :
- Amazonite (vert)
- Quartz rose
- Lapis Lazuli (bleu)
- Amethyste (mauve)
- Labradorite (gris/brun)
Abondance et protection
De mon côté, avec toute la politique actuelle, je suis en stress permanent et j'ai vraiment la crainte de ce que Bouchez pourra encore nous sortir comme crasse.
Afin d'être proactif donc, un petit bouclier de protection, que je porte dans mes poches...
En haut L'Améthyste arc-en-ciel, dans la poche gauche, pour lutter contre ce stress si nocif...
Et en bas, de gauche à droite : Citrine (abondance) et Pierre Soleil (Optimisme, joie de vivre et bonheur) dans la poche droite, pour m'aider à trouver des solutions avant que le Grand-Méchant-Bouchez ne mette ses menaces à exécution.
A vous de voir si cela peut vous inspirer...
Mais sachez que déjà, aussi bien Florence que moi dormons mieux (et plus longuement aussi)...
Note: Pour les plus sceptiques d'entre-vous, aucune de ces pierres n'a de toxicité, donc au grand pire, cela ne me fera rien du tout 😅. Et si mes pratiques portent leurs fruits, ce sera tout bénéfice pour mon épouse et moi-même 😘 Que ce soit Placebo ou efficace, moi, je prends 😜
