We have reached the middle of the year. The most attractive flower adorning my garden now is the Nayantara flower (Bengali Name). Nayantara is one of my favorite flowers. But I had to go through a challenging moment to grow this flowering plant in the garden and after several Periwinkle or Nayantara plants were destroyed, I managed to grow pink color Nayantara flowers in my garden.
The seedlings of these flowering plants are very delicate. I remember some of my periwinkle flowering plants died due to only light rain. I planted several colors of periwinkles in my garden. But they did not grow well.
Finally, this pink-colored periwinkle plant grew well in my garden. My experience taught me that Pink periwinkle seedlings have strong immunity and are long-lived. The flowering plant I am sharing with you in the picture is probably more than a year old.
