Ciao ragazzi!
Ci siamo, anche questa settimana, qui di nuovo ispirati da questo bel contest settimanale #UntoBisunto nella comunità Olio di Balena. E questa volta il tema è anche suggestivo e ci invita a voler partecipare e raccontare alcune cose nostre a tutti quanti. Allora vediamo quali sono questi hobby che abbiamo noi oppure cosa che ci piace fare quando abbiamo del tempo...
I miei hobby e passioni: cosa mi piace fare nel tempo libero 🇮🇹
Sicuramente tutti abbiamo diversi hobby o almeno ci piace fare cose diverse, e non soltanto una... credo, tranne che abbiamo una vera passione molto forte. Io potrei accennare alcuni come: andare al mare, correre per il lungomare, andare in palestra, guardare queste serie tv di mistero, ecc. Ma è vero che sempre c'è qualcosa che ci attira di più. E io comincerei con una cosa semplice e allo stesso tempo molto pratica, e direi quasi necessaria in questi momenti.
Leggere & Lingue 📖
Mi è sempre piaciuto leggere, sin da bambina quando leggevo fino a tardi e lasciavo la luce accesa quando mi addormentavo. E ho continuato a leggere, ma tante volte di tempo non ce ne abbiamo molto... perchè abbiamo altri impegni e cose da fare. E questo succede anche quando studiamo, dobbiamo leggere si, ma altre cose non sempre scelte da noi. Ma almeno è leggere.
E le lingue? A me piace imparare, e mi piacciono alcune lingue, mi piace l'italiano particolarmente, e l'ho studiato tanti anni fa... e como vi ho raccontato nel post precedente ho deciso di (tornare a) studiarla all'università perchè in qualche modo vorrei cambiare vita e mettere insieme la vita di tutti i giorni e ciò che mi piace. È possibile? Vedremo...
Per il momento mi rendo conto che non è così semplice, perchè queste lingue nostre sono molto ricche, ricche di sensi, di significati e di sfumature nell'immensità di parole che hanno. E perciò mica è facile conoscere tantissimo vocabolario e ci fermiamo in quelle più usate, ma nel mio caso vorrei migliorare e sapere di più, e continuare a leggere belle e famose storie della letteratura (e non soltanto italiana, anche spagnola e perfino portoghese... ma sono troppe cose allo stesso tempo, quindi pian piano!).
Adesso in estate, in questa bell'estate nella quale avrò più tempo (spero), voglio leggere di più e rivedere un pò la lingua per essere pronta al prossimo anno accademico a settembre. E sto leggendo questo celebre libro che tutti conoscete di sicuro, "Il Gattopardo", e cercando di scrivere il significato di tutte quelle parole che non conosco, che in questo caso ce ne sono tante!
Si, mi sembra che sia un linguaggio un pò formale e non tanto attuale, e ci sono tante descrizioni di paesaggi e anche pensieri profondi e curiosi che ci vogliono parole di altri tempi, specifiche o speciali, oppure semplicemente variati sinonimi che fanno l'esperienza letteraria più bella, arricchente e sorprendente.
Mica sarà facile impararle tutte, ma mi godo la lettura e cerco di imparare un pò... vediamo se ce la faccio!

And this time the theme is also suggestive and invites us to want to participate and tell some of our things to everyone. So let's see what these hobbies we have or what we like to do when we have time...
I have my hobby and my passion: what my pleasure is in the free time 🇬🇧
Surely we all have different hobbies or at least we like to do different things, and not just one... I think, except that we have a very strong passion. I could mention some like: going to the beach, running along the seafront, going to the gym, watching these mystery TV series, etc. But it's true that there is always something that attracts us more. And I would start with something simple and at the same time very practical, and I would say almost necessary in these moments.
Reading & Languages 📖
I have always liked reading, since I was a child when I read until late and left the light on when I fell asleep. And I continued to read, but many times we don't have much time... because we have other commitments and things to do. And this also happens when we study, we have to read yes, but other things not always chosen by us. But at least it's reading.
And languages? I like learning, and I like some languages, I especially like Italian, and I studied it many years ago... and as I told you in the previous post I decided to (go back to) studying it at university because in some way I would like to change my life and put together everyday life and what I like. Is it possible? We'll see...
For the moment I realize that it is not so simple, because these languages of ours are very rich, rich in senses, meanings and nuances in the immensity of words they have. And so it is not easy to know a lot of vocabulary and we stop at the most used ones, but in my case I would like to improve and know more, and continue reading beautiful and famous stories of literature (and not only Italian, also Spanish and even Portuguese... but they are too many things at the same time, so slowly!).
Now in the summer, in this beautiful summer in which I will have more time (I hope), I want to read more and review the language a bit to be ready for the next academic year in September. And I'm reading this famous book that you all surely know, "The Leopard", and trying to write the meaning of all those words that I don't know, which in this case there are a lot of!
Yes, it seems to me that it is a somewhat formal and out of date language and there are so many descriptions of landscapes and also deep and curious thoughts that require words from other times, specific or special, or simply various synonyms that make the literary experience more beautiful, enriching and surprising.
It won't be easy to learn them all, but I'm enjoying reading and trying to learn a little... let's see if I can do it!
