Ciao ragazzi!
Vi saluto dopo due edizione perse in qualche modo, queste settimane sono sempre impegnate e inoltre non ho tanta motivazione per essere tanto presente su Hive. Ma questa settimana ci tenevo a partecipare un'altra volta, in questa edizione 51º del nostro concorso #UntoBisunto della comunità Olio di Balena. Mi piace perché diventa sempre facile ispirarsi grazie ai temi suggeriti ogni settimana, pure questa, quindi, andiamo!
Il tema proposto per quest'edizione è sugli artisti che ami di più, forse che ti ispirano, forse che adori le loro opere e capolavori, che ne so... E proprio non sapevo perché in realtà io non seguo ora nessuno in speciale, quindi non facile sceglierne alcuni, e anche perché ritengo che gli artisti attuali sono quasi tutti prodotti di marketing e il loro lavoro certe volte è più una moda che vero arte. Ma sono opinioni personali, nient'altro. Ah, allora? In parte ho deciso di andare indietro, per trovare non solo artisti ma alcuni geni!
Quali Sono I Tre Artisti Che Ami Di Più? [ITA] 🇮🇹
Allora? Difficile, ma ho deciso di scegliere due artisti oppure geni del passato, e poi, un'artista fotografa (speciale, direi di arte plastica anche) attuale per bilanciare l'elenco.
1) El Bosco (Hieronymus Bosch). Pittore fiammingo molto conosciuto in Spagna dove lavorò per i re, e soprattutto molto noto per alcune opere come "Il Giardino delle Delizie". L'avete visto? Io visto quel capolavoro al museo El Prado di Madrid, è proprio spettacolare. Ma quello che a tutti viene in mente è: com'è possibile che lui fosse così moderno allora? Come l'hanno permesso di fare quelle cose? Come mai ci sono miliardi di dettagli strani? Si, tante cosette strane ci sono se guardiamo di vicino, sicuramente tanto simbolismo e tanti messaggi nascosti per dire qualcosa che non poteva dire, forse, ci lasciava un messaggio per tutti quanti che ci godessimo quell'opera nel futuro. Si potrebbe dire che sia una pittura metafisica se andiamo oltre a quello che vediamo, e pensiamo anche a ciò che ci suggerisce invece. Credo che ci sia tanto là in quel trittico della vanguardia medievale!
2) Francisco Goya. Continuiamo nel mondo antico della pittura, e di nuovo un pittore, questa volta spagnolo ma molto importante. Anche lui sapeva più cose di quanto poteva dire, si vede nei suoi quadri, credo che conoscesse la natura della realtà e forse alcuni dei suoi misteri, sapeva di sicuro di simbologia e queste cose. Alcuni hanno fatto analisi alternativi delle sue opere... cosa diciamo delle sue pitture nere come "Saturno che divora ai suoi figli"? Oppure "Il sonno della ragione genera mostri", "Il grande caprone"... E un'altra di un malato nel letto con un prete, ma non ricordo il nome... mmm, in qualsiasi caso, strane...
E c'è un altro punto, lui ha avuto il coraggio di dipingere re e famiglie reali, brutti, cioè, com'erano davvero, o forse più brutti di quanto erano, forse, per farci mostrare quanto in contro era di quella monarchia borbonica? Chi lo sa. Ma in qualche modo, si percepisce che non li erano molto simpatici :)
3) Dai, cambiamo contesto e tema. Adesso attualità, ed è una fotografa molto visuale, direi un'artista plastica infatti perchè le sue opere s'avvicinano all'arte moderna ma con eleganza, colori e un movimento che rende quest'opere davvero speciali e attraenti. Mi piace quello stile anche se non mi va molto l'arte moderna come tale, ma si la fotografa belga Isabelle Menin (https://www.isabellemenin.com/home.html)
Nel suo portfolio ha diverse collezioni sempre dentro del suo stile, e lei stessa descrive la sua arte come: "inland photography and disordered landscapes". E credo che il suo lavoro sia estetico e molto originale. Comprerei qualcosa, qualche di queste bellezze visuali artistiche? Mi sa di si. E piace a voi?
E così, questi sono stati i miei "strani" artisti scelti, che direi, amo di più. Non mi venivano in mente, quelli popolari attuali che infatti mi sembrano meno veri, almeno per me. Ma nonostante tutto, alcuni se ne trovano... come quest'ultima artista che vi ho proposto qui.

I'm saying goodbye after two editions that somehow got lost. These weeks are always busy, and I'm not particularly motivated to be so active on Hive. But this week I really wanted to participate again, in this 51st edition of our #UntoBisunto contest from the Olio di Balena community. I like it because it's always easy to get inspired thanks to the themes suggested each week, so let's go!
The proposed theme for this edition is about the artists you love most, perhaps those who inspire you, perhaps you adore their works and masterpieces, who knows... And I really didn't know because I don't really follow anyone special right now, so it's not easy to choose a few, and also because I think that current artists are almost all marketing products and their work is sometimes more of a fad than true art. But these are my personal opinions, nothing more. Oh, so? I partly decided to go back, to find not just artists but some geniuses!
Which Three Artists Do You Love The Most? [ENG] 🇬🇧
So? Difficult, but I decided to choose two artists or geniuses from the past, and then a contemporary photographer (a special one, I'd say of visual art too) to balance the list.
1) El Bosco (Hieronymus Bosch). A Flemish painter well-known in Spain, where he worked for kings, and especially renowned for works like "The Garden of Earthly Delights". Have you seen it? I've seen that masterpiece at the El Prado Museum in Madrid; it's truly spectacular. But what everyone thinks is: how could he have been so modern back then? How did they let him do those things? Why are there so many strange details? Yes, so many strange little things if we look closely, certainly so much symbolism and hidden messages to convey something he couldn't say; perhaps he was leaving us a message for all of us to enjoy that work in the future. You could say it's a metaphysical painting if we look beyond what we see and also think about what it suggests to us. I think there is a lot more there in that triptych of the medieval avant-garde!
2) Francisco Goya. We continue in the ancient world of painting, and again a painter, this time Spanish but very important. He also knew more than he could say, it shows in his paintings. I think he understood the nature of reality and perhaps some of its mysteries. He certainly knew about symbolism and such. Some have made alternative analyses of his works... what do we say about his dark paintings like "Saturn Devouring His Children"? Or "The Sleep of Reason Produces Monsters", "The Great Goat"... And another of a sick man in bed with a priest, but I don't remember the name... mmm, in any case, strange...
And there's another point: he had the courage to paint kings and royal families, ugly, that is, as they really were, or perhaps uglier than they were, perhaps to show us how much he disliked the Bourbon monarchy? Who knows. But somehow, you get the feeling that he didn't like them very much :)
3) Come on, let's change context and theme. Nowadays, she's a very visual photographer, I'd say a visual artist, in fact, because her works are similar to modern art, but with elegance, color, and a movement that makes them truly special and attractive. I like that style, even if I'm not much of a fan of modern art as such, but yes, Belgian photographer Isabelle Menin (https://www.isabellemenin.com/home.html).
Her portfolio features several collections, all in her own style, and she describes her art as "inland photography and disordered landscapes." I think her work is aesthetic and very original. Would I buy any of these artistic visual beauties? I think so. And do you like them?
And so, these were my chosen "strange" artists, the ones I'd say I love the most. I couldn't think of any of the current popular artists, who in fact seem less authentic, at least to me. But despite everything, there are some... like this last artist I featured here.
