Look at that how beautiful this place is but it's abandoned Chicken farm. Even the grass is almost as tall as me and I'm not short too 😂. I just want to keep the pictures here for future reference. What do you think about the place?

True but my business partner said the rental is too high and I agree as well the first one I went rental I manage to negotiate down to rm350 per month

This post here they asking for rm5000 manage to negotiate down to rm4250 still too high because we need to fix the place and also the picture they shown me everything was ready but when I arrive as you can see the 4 chicken farm ceiling is gone when I asked they said it was stolen I mean why should I pay for that.

Ah, OK, I see. That's a shame that the owners aren't willing to work with you more, especially considering the amount of work and materials that would be required to get to operational again. Heck, you just maintaining and repairing the place is a service, and that should be acknowledged and taken into account with the pricing. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

Everyone wants to make big money they never think about monthly free money and maintaining the land takes a lot of work as well.

Also the current economy is just getting worse with months go by these people are lucky to have lands I wish I had one so it's easier for me to do business on my own.

It is odd indeed because with this size of chicken farm you can get around 20k to 40k chickens and your earning from the chicken about 40k to 80k per month not including the earnings from The chicken manure.

Must be some kind of misunderstanding between them because no one would stop doing this kind of big business
