Day 1/ Crossing the Manzanares River
Greetings and blessings, my beautiful people from @liketu, I hope you have a nice day. Today I'm joining the #HiveAroundTheWorld challenge, which you can see what it's about in the following post. It invites you to connect with your city, environment and day to day habits.
It will be 7 days starting today June 3, the theme of day 1 is: something that represents your city. Among so many things that represent it, today I want to share these of the Manzanares River. This river crosses the city throughout the center, although its route is long and we can see it in various parts of the city. This image that I show you, represents it a lot.
Whoever knows this part of eastern Venezuela, knows where it is and can identify it anywhere you see it. Everyone who passes through the center of the city has to cross the two bridges that are above it and that allow us to go from one place to another.
It is surrounded by vegetation and at the moment it has much of what it should have of water on land and bush. It needs to be cleaned up, but it still looks very beautiful and imposing.
I have always dreamed that they would make a beautiful project in this river and that it could be navigable and that you could make trips like the lake of Xochimilco in Mexico or those of Venice, in which one can enjoy a spectacular experience.
I pass through this part of the city all the time and there is a very beautiful and busy square in the surrounding area. It also has some trees that I like very much, they are quite large and have inedible fruits, but very peculiar. I was taking some pictures of the transformation process, which I take the opportunity to show you some pictures.
I was taking them every time I went to my food preparation classes and I was very curious to take out my phone to take the shots, something I shouldn't be doing, but I wanted to document it to show you.
Well, friends, this is my first post, I hope you like it. I invite my friends @milagrosmhbl and @sugarely to participate in this new challenge that #hive gives us with the friends of #hivecreatorsday.
