Did the master and his wife remember you from the old days?

Normally these local restaurants are the best as there's no tourist hype, so won't be over rated with reviews. When I go travelling, I always try to pick restaurants with no English menu and the more locals the better. I just order the same as what everyone is eating, can't normally go wrong. And if I'm really stuck, kanji helps, so I sort of know but don't have the full picture, the surprise is always fun
