Hola a todos. Para mí, pensar en cada travesura de mi infancia es recordar buenamente mis días donde pasaba vacaciones en casa de mi abuela y cómo entre mis tíos y yo nos reíamos y volvíamos cómplices en cosas como ya fuera hacer un atraco en la cocina con algo rico para comer o incluso alguna broma entre nosotros, siendo más allá de recuerdos con algún regaño, momentos que se recuerdan con risas. Claro, no todas las travesuras son inocentes, eso se sabe, pero a la final siempre son recordadas y, aun cuando estemos en la adolescencia o edad adulta, siempre serán un modo de escape, ya sea para algún gusto o salir de la rutina, y en mi caso, más allá de hacer travesuras, las vivo con mis gatos Haruki y Bebe, quienes con sus recientes 2 años recién cumplidos tienen un récord de muchas realizadas.
Y les cuento esto, ya que al ver el tema propuesto por @talentos para esta semana, en vez de pensar en mis travesuras, lo primero que se me vino a la mente es mi mamá diciéndome el "así mismo veía uno tus travesuras" cada que alguno de mis gatos hace algo y toca regañarlo y recoger todo, y es que algo que pasa es que los animalitos, al igual que los niños, van copiando comportamientos o se encaprichan con algunas cosas y eso a la final o lo corregimos o los volvemos mimados y personalmente yo los suelo mimar mucho y ceder ante algunas porque a la final siempre me quedo acariciándolos más allá de un regaño y sus travesuras dan ese toque de movimiento a mis días.
Podría decir que algo de lo que me da más risa es cómo están esas comparaciones en momentos donde esas travesuras me hacen reír. Por ejemplo, si en la cocina yo de travesura me como algo de lo que esté picando mi mamá, ya sea alguna verdura o cuando hace algún chicharrón, siempre estará alguno de mis gatos para hacer lo mismo, ya sea alzando su patita o mirando fijo para estar de consentido comiendo. O, por el contrario, a veces tenemos con mi hermana la travesura de montarnos en la cama de mi mamá para, si bien acostarnos con ella hasta que nos corre, o simplemente dormir. Es divertido y como vernos en un espejo cuando alguno de estos dos pequeños hace lo mismo y termino sacándolo de mi cuarto, tal como hacen conmigo. Simplemente es algo que, más allá de enojarme, me da una pizca de emoción y risa.
Por lo que a veces termino utilizando las mismas frases que usaban conmigo de niña, pero con ellos, y es que, aunque sé que para muchos son simples animalitos, para mí justamente esa personalidad traviesa que (ojo, cada uno tiene una diferente y muy marcada) es lo que me gusta y me hace pensar también en el hecho de que también fuimos muy traviesos en su momento y justamente nuestros padres o tíos nos veían con esas ganas de reír o buscar una forma de controlarnos o moderarnos, porque después de todo es una forma de expresarnos y, así como nosotros lo hacemos, ellos, nuestras mascotas también lo hacen a su manera y en mi caso mis gatitos lo hacen día a día sin parar. Así que bueno, espero les gustara la forma en la que quise conectar con este tema el día de hoy y que personalmente me gustó mucho, por lo que sin más y esperando sea de su agrado, muchas gracias por leer.

Hello everyone. For me, thinking about all the mischief I got into as a child brings back fond memories of my vacations at my grandmother's house, and how my aunts and uncles and I would laugh and become accomplices in things like stealing something delicious from the kitchen or playing pranks on each other. Beyond the occasional scolding, these are moments I remember with laughter. Of course, not all mischief is innocent, that much is clear, but in the end, it's always remembered, and even when we're teenagers or adults, it's always a way to escape, whether to indulge our desires or break out of the routine. In my case, beyond just getting into mischief, I experience it with my cats Haruki and Bebe, who, having recently turned two, have a record of countless pranks.
And I'm telling you this because when I saw the theme proposed by @talentos for this week, instead of thinking about my own mischief, the first thing that came to mind was my mom saying, "That's exactly how we saw your mischief!" every time one of my cats does something and I have to scold them and clean up. The thing is, pets, just like children, copy behaviors or get fixated on certain things, and in the end, we either correct them or spoil them. Personally, I tend to spoil them a lot and give in to some of their whims because I always end up petting them even after a scolding, and their antics add a touch of excitement to my days.
I could say that what I find most amusing is how these comparisons are made when those same mischievous acts make me laugh. For example, if I slyly eat something my mom is snacking on in the kitchen, whether it's a vegetable or some pork rinds, one of my cats will always be there to do the same, either by lifting a paw or staring intently, clearly enjoying their meal. Or, conversely, sometimes my sister and I get into mischief by climbing onto my mom's bed to either lie down with her until she kicks us out, or simply to sleep. It's funny, like seeing ourselves in a mirror, when one of these two little ones does the same thing, and I end up kicking them out of my room, just like they do to me. It's something that, far from making me angry, gives me a little bit of excitement and makes me laugh.
So sometimes I end up using the same phrases they used with me when I was a child, but with them. Even though I know many people see them as just little animals, for me, it's precisely that mischievous personality—and mind you, each one has a different and very distinct one—that I love. It also makes me think about how we were all very mischievous at one time, and our parents or aunts and uncles would see us wanting to laugh or find a way to control or moderate us, because after all, it's a way of expressing ourselves. And just like we do, our pets do it in their own way, and in my case, my kittens do it every single day, nonstop.
