I every now and then end up doom scrooling on instagram and am reminded how much of socail media is utter trash. Not just pulp, or entertainment but utter garbage. Toxic, shitty destructive stuff.

It does offer up a sad and scary perspective on just how degenerate and sad a large portion of the population really is. I have never been able to fathom why many people think the garbage they produce would matter to anyone... but somehow it does.
