Good morning amazing people worldwide, I have some pictures of fluted pumpkin leaf that I snapped earlier in the day.
This vegetable is common here in my part of the world, many family’s used it in making of soup and it is eaten with garri, and also sauce, which they used it with yam, or plantain, it is also used in rice, and that is by, cutting it in small size and putting it in the rice towards the time the rice is about to get done.
But among all, vegetable soup, which is prepare from fluted pumpkin leaf taste very deliciously.
This fluted pumpkin leaf has a scientific name that is known as Telfairia. In soup, when vegetables leafs is used, it will brings in it green color into the soup.
And when palm oil is added in large quantity, it will change the green color, and the chlorophyll will become sweeter in the meal.
I love vegetable soup, but I do not eat it more often.
